The WORST property management company EVER.. The lights in F building in Watsonville were out for over 4 MONTHS.. They said ..we only took over in May.. Well, back then, it was like 2 months prior to that... I mean REALLY -- if I took that long to pay my rent, they wouldve locked me out, auctioned off my things and sent me to collections - do yourself a favor and steer clear of Storage Mart here in Santa Cruz, Watsonville, or wherever this company operates!!

I have had nothing but positive interactions with the employees at this facility. Kim and Ivan, the assistant managers, are helpful and very friendly. The inside is well lit, at a pleasant temperature and clean. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a space.
