Ive never felt so invited and welcomed to a gym before. I used to think people in CrossFit were unapproachable and super athletes who wanted nothing to do with someone like me, but I was proved wrong. The community, the atmosphere, the encouragement, and the diversity in age/gender/color/etc keeps me coming to CrossFit Interchange. Oh and I get a solid workout every day.

This CrossFit box is the best Ive been to. After moving from Washington, I was looking for a new box to join. I had pretty high standards because I thought my old box was the best. Now I know I was wrong. This place is full of support and has a great community on top of having amazing programming and some of the best coaches around.
