These people are fantastic. Tucker has form down to a science, which is incredibly important. The rest of the trainers are tough when they need to be but love to have fun in the process. Every workout is powered by the all-important boombox and pure adrenaline. Plenty of CrossFit humor to go around and chasing Tuckers times and maxes is an ever-motivating practice. Join and get ripped! Class times are flexible and coaches always work with you whatever level youre at on a particular day. Push yourself.
