The teachers there are great with the kids, price is good. Th owners and front desk staff our unfriendly and unhelpful. Since they own the business and you are the first people you see every time you walk in the door I would think you would have a liitle more friendly and professional staff upfront greeting customers. When working with children this is important. There holiday show is horribly put on and absolutely dreadful. I even had to pay for this. I would recommend for them to really look into a btter way to put th holiday show on considering it costs for your child to be in there and you have to pay to buy tickets to enter.

The cheer program and the leadership of the gym leave a lot to be desired. My daughter enjoys herself but as a parent I expect more than this. When I inquired my concerns to the owner my concerns were not only not addressed, they were ignored. He said I was obviously unhappy and we should terminate the relationship, thereby penalizing my kid because I ask valid questions of a valued paying customer. Ridiculous, this should be no surprise they do nothing to market the cheer it is all about the gymnastics here.

We brought our son here for their parents night out program. This is one the few places in the Bay Area that DOESNT rely on movies/TV to keep kids occupied. Their facility is huge and has plenty of things to keep your child active and properly sweaty for their time there. Works for us!

For the over crowded classes the fees is steep. The kids stayed at the same level for over a year so the gymnastics master minds changed the name of the levels. I do like the facility which is why the 2 stars.
