THey are complete FRAUDS! I recently had to go out of the country for a couple of months, so in the month of April, I approached the front desk to ask them to cancel my account starting from 1st June. However, the person referred to the concept of ‘freezing’ the account (membership) for those 3 months. I agreed and signed the required papers. After which I was on my way and expected the billing department of this corporation to take care of my request. When I returned in August I was surprised to see a monthly charge of $15 each for the past 3 months taken from my bank account without my authority and knowledge. Bewildered, I called up The Right Stuff location at Blossom Hill on August 19th, 2015 and spoke to a couple of people. Finally the manager came on line and acknowledged that he could see that I had signed the papers on 24th April, but wasn’t sure why the money was taken. He also notified me that a $5 charge is applied for the freeze every month, which I was not informed about previously. The manager said that the total of $45 that was taken and $30 that was owed back to me. He suggested that it could be adjusted to my next months visits. I was no longer interested in being a part of such a dishonest corporation who had little regard for integrity. So I asked the manager to refund me the money instead. After which he said he would have to talk to his seniors and he would get back to me by the next day. I gave him my contact number and information and waited for a couple of days. When I wasn’t called back by 29th August, 2015, I decided to make the call again. This time I was approached with rudeness by the staff and they refused to acknowledge my plight and my issue. They took my information again and said that the so called manager called ‘Zeek” would contact me. Its towards the end of the working day and nobody has bother to call me from this organization regarding my money or their unfair means of obtaining it from my bank account that I have strictly prohibited them from touching. They are out there to scam people. So beware of this FRAUD organization

Guest pass is a joke. I went to this gym with a friend because my friend needed a translator. After my friend signed up, Tanner (employee) gave me a 7-day guest pass to the gym so I can try before signing up. Today I went to the Gym wanting to try it out. When I walked in and showed them the pass, they took the guess pass and ask to see my ID. So I gave them my ID and they kept it. Then starting to show me the gym and trying to sell me membership. I told them Tanner showed me around and told me the fees already. So they took me to see Tanner. Tanner said he remembers me but I think he forgot about me. He was the one that told me about the $8/month membership because I would not be able to go every day and makes no sense to buy higher level membership. I told Tanner that I wanted to try out the gym before I sign up. Tanner said then why I wasted his time asking about the price and all. I wasted 20 minutes already and he accused me of wasting his time. I ended up leaving because he started giving me attitude about wanting to try before signup. The guess pass is a bait so you will go in and they will try to sell you membership. Think before you try.

This is a basic workout facility. If you want a clean, friendly workout environment then this is for you. i havenoticed some issues with equipment breaking more than it used to, but they do a decent job of fixing quickly. This club, on Blossom HIll, is just about finished a renovation of the workout room and childcare. Theyve added a bunch of nice Freemotion machines and treadmills which is a plus. However, I am not happy with the new configuration of the gym. They have moved the stretching area to the middle of the gym. Nothing good about trying to stretch and having everybody walk by as you are in less than flattering positions. Also, they just moved all the bikes and stairmasters into a corner where you cant see the TVs. I am hoping this is temporary. I went on their website to send a message but they only have an adress to send hand written letters. Very 20th century!

This place is ok..has the basic stuff. If you need a clean gym look elsewhere. I had no issues with this gym until I discovered (few mins back) that they have a hidden annual charge of 29$/person in your membership. Ive been a member for the last 4 months and I have my wife & cousin enrolled as well and these guys never told us anything about these charges until I checked my checking account. The charge is apparently written in your contract but I feel it is also the responsibility of the seller to mention it to the customer when customers ask do you guys have any other charges at all?? I will probably end my contract with them and wouldnt mind paying a little more and going to a gym that doesnt lie!!! I always thought that their offer sounded too good to be true and I was right!

Dishonest business practices. My wife used to be a member at this facility. Because she had to go on a leave for three months, she froze her membership. During the frozen period, they were not supposed to have charged her account. On return, we found that the full membership change have been debited from her bank account for the months. Upon contacting them, the manager said they cannot refund the money. Since then we have called twice and have been unable to get hold of the manager, apparently he is always out on an errand. They promise to call back but they never do. The person that we get to speak to is rude and has even hung up on us.

I chose this gym because of their location but they do have a cleanliness problem. The womens shower are disgusting and not well maintained. The equipment are somewhat clean and its always really busy there. Now that I have moved to southern CA and want to cancel my membership, they are asking me to send a signed certified letter of cancellation and would not cancel my membership for another 30 days AFTER receipt of my cancellation letter...a phone call with verification will just not do! I think I will return to Club One where the equipment and amenities are much better and alot cleaner.

Its average. I only went there because it was walking distance close to where I lived at the time. Liked the variety of cardio machines. Never wanted to go over to weight machines for fear of walking past all the trainers. It was a bummer when someone stole the bike rack so you had to lock up on the nearest tree or pole. Was also not a fan of that $29 annual fee, but whatever.

They do not keep a promise that 3 dollars deduction from monthly member fee, if I invited someone to be a member during their promotion in Dec. 2013. My monthly member fee has never be deducted, since I have invited my friend who became a member in Dec 2013. I made a call for requesting for the deduction, but they did not do so.
