Well Im really rare so disappointed but I had horrible experience there. I called 3-4 times to know when is so famous on yelp Marine T. is working and they said come Sunday. So I came there at 10 AM at Sunday and got horrible service its starts from sour face of their receptionist. I came exactly 10 am and she said Marine T not there yet so I said ok. Then another woman came and they both with receptionist went to Starbucks and when they both came back she told me I must wait 30 minutes because this lady has appointment. I wait there 1 h then I finally ask how more I must wait she said 15 mins I waited 30 minutes so in general 1.5 h. I lost my patience because I specially woke up at 10 to come there and have a lot of things to do at Sunday. They should be honest to customers!!!! This is just horrible I just walked out. Why they treat customers like that? This lady was doing hair coloring and they should say from beginning that it will take at least 2 h because I waited 1.5 h and saw that she was still in the middle of work with this customer. All this 500 reviews mostly seems made by their friends. GIRLS stay away from this place. I went to Fantastic Sams on Brand and got a good service and cut for $25 with tip. (Include wash and dry). Not like The look Hair salon they charge separate for wash, dry and shampoos. Good luck with your business The Look Hair Salon, Im never there anymore. Will tell my neighbors at Americana at Brand to stay away from this creepy salon.

I decided to make an appointment with Marine T for an ombre. After sitting 4 hours in the chair, she left me completely speechless at the result! Marine is no doubt an expert at what she does and definitely my new go to hairdresser. She listened to exactly what I wanted and am very pleased with the result. Thank you Marine :) From the minute I walked out of the salon I was receiving compliments on my hair. Also, the salon staff is very welcoming and nice. Overall, they made sure I had a wonderful experience there. I would recommend this salon to anyone. Prices are very reasonable and the results are simply amazing!

Marine T seems to be the only competent hairdresser here. I am a loyal customer for over 1,5 years now and all I need are proper highlights and trimming. Whenever somebody else but Marine T does it, they mess it up. Today I turned out brown/gray instead of blond. How is this even possible??? I question the competence of every single person working there from today on, beside Marine T! Luckily I did not let them cut my hair today! Very unhappy! Shame on you! Nice hair means a lot to every woman and you are NOT able to deliver this!

I have been a client for over a year and love this place. Marine T is my go to hairdresser. Results are always excellent. She is very good with color and cut. Jasmine is the owner of the shop and is very friendly and warm. All the hair stylists are very competent and listen to what the client wants. There are quite a few male clients that come in for the latest in mens haircuts and the women are so quick and knowledgeable about the cuts. I see the men walk out with smiles. I went in for a cut, and the stylist kept trying to talk me out of what I wanted; she would not cut it as short as I wanted, or in the style I had selected. She kept saying it was "too short", until I showed her more pictures of myself with the cut, and insisted that I had my hair in that style for 3 years. In the end, it was evident she simply didnt know how to do what I wanted, and rather than admitting to it, just kept trying to talk me out of it, and left my hair noticeably uneven.

The women here are very nice but they give you whatever cut they want and dont listen to you at all. I brought in pictures to show what cut I wanted and they did something totally different. My girlfriend asked for a straight cut with just 2 inches taken off and ended up with 8 inches of layers and unwanted thinning all over. Also they are fairly slow compared to most places, which would be ok if they were giving you the cut you wanted. Reasonably priced, though.

Everyone is very nice and they are very hygienic. I have extremely thick hair, so when the lady was brushing it through, she dropped the brush 3 times. All 3 times, she just kicked it to the side and brought out a clean one. She was very happy and polite. It is also very inexpensive, the place I went to before charged a lot more but did not have such happy employees. I will definitely keep coming back and am recommending to my family.

Went to this Glendale hair salon for my color based on a friends reference. I booked an appointment with Mary the day before and went in on Wednesday cause they have a color with free haircut promotion. She did a beautiful job on my color, with nice layers & i also got a blow-dry to see the finished look. all in all, I really had a great experience at The Look Hair Salon. Thanks ladies! This is one of the best places Ive been for my haircut (undercut) and my budget (#collegestudent). They follow what you ask for and refrain from what you ask them not to do. Simple. Theyre also very nice ladies! Much better than any budget-cut chain hair salon Ive been to before. And who can beat $10? Tip: Bring cash for tipping your stylist. You cant tip with your card.

I love comming here. Me and my sister got hair cuts, hightlights, and hot oil treatments. Everyone was very sweet and nice, very professional. I really like this salon and like my hightlights. I will be comming back to get a touch up on my hightlights since its been about 3 months and my hair is growing but 100% this is my new salon.
