Going forward, I will be buying my athletic wear from Nordstrom (their Lululemon copy-cat brand Zella is great) because lululemon has a TERRIBLE return policy (and therefor customer service). When you are spending $100 on a pair of exercise pants, you should be able to return them outside a narrow 2 week window. This is ludicrous. Also (and we have to take partial ownership of this, but I STILL do not like the policies of lululemon), my husband bought me a pair of yoga pants for Christmas. They were "final sale". A shopper would know what this meant, but my husband is NOT a shopper. he does not know what all the terminology means. He assumed final sale meant that you couldnt RETURN but you could exchange - if it didnt fit. (Otherwise he NEVER would have bought this for me as a GIFT!) No one helping him clarified or explained. The pants (which were still $60) did not fit quite right... I wanted to exchange them. But nope, there was no margin there for customer service. I explained the misunderstanding with my husband (and it was the DAY AFTER Christmas, tags were on, it was obvious they were unworn). But there was NO customer service policy that has them wanting to help you. This is a policy that will cause me to shop elsewhere in the future... especially for how much they charge! I will definitely be buying Zella from Nordstrom and trying Lucy!

The RUDEST staff! I spend hundreds here every month and now strictly purchase online because every time I go to this exact location theres someone rude. The worst was last night when returning three out of the 8 items I bought and the lady checking me out was extremely snotty! Where the good vibes LuLu Irvine Spectrum?!

Love this store. The staff are great and very helpful. I just finished the Bikram 30 day challenge and was excited that this lululemon store participated. I will be shopping here again. Thank you Lululemon (Irvine Spectrum)!
