As the centerpiece of my personal fitness program, OTF has drastically exceeded all of my expectations in helping me to achieve my multi-faceted fitness goals. I have become leaner and more muscular while maintaining strength at the same time-- a result that few, if any other programs can confidently guarantee. While, initially, aesthetic aims were my main driver for enrolling in the classes, I have reaped countless emotional and mental benefits from OTF as well; watching the results unfold before my eyes have transformed me into a more confident, motivated, and self-assured individual. Moreover, I have found that my improvement in the OTF program has carried over into other important aspects of my life. I have more endurance through long, arduous workdays, for example. I have also noticed that I am a little quicker, can jump a little higher, and can exert a little more force in my favorite competitive outlets, like basketball. As a former high school and college athlete, I wish I would have found this program years ago. The Irvine studio itself is a total deviation from your typical messy and overcrowded run of the mill corporate gym; it is extremely clean, organized, and the classes are specifically situated so that everyone has access to a machine and an uninterrupted workout. I would strongly recommend OTF Irvine to anyone with any kind of fitness- related goals.

One of the best Irvine fitness clubs I joined with a result-oriented approach that focuses on interval training, nutrition and healthy lifestyle. Seriously, its like having a personal trainer pushing you through high intensity interval training with precise heart rate (you will watch your own heart rate at all times on the huge monitor on the wall). If you want results for weight/fat loss, toning muscles through simple devices such as TRX (they actually use similar technology as TRX but not quite TRX) and dumbbells or just get in great shape, see them. TAKE MY WORD FOR IT! Visit them once and you will see results. I dont work for them. I just love their approach, facility and instructors....

Fast paced, variety filled workout in group setting, led by a coach providing instruction and assistance with form and modifications, as needed. You determine your own intensity level and pace, so no matter what your fitness capacity you can do the entire workout. Its challenging and a bit confusing at first to keep up with all of the activities, but after a few classes it gets easier. Coaches are helpful and supportive to newcomers; and regulars seem to get to know each other and form a community feel. Worth trying, especially since you can take a first class for no cost.

Just spoke to Kailey (manager) what a ripoff. Can never get into classes wont refund my money. I can walk into my spin gym any time and get a good work out. Here I have to schedule 3 weeks out for the same workout and hope that my life stays as rigid and stoic as these people. Also love being on the wait list and having one of the employees take a spot. Ridiculous and very rude.
