Should have checked Yelp before we showed up here. We bought a new 29 travel trailer, and we had great interactions with Jake (Dublin) and Caroline (Livermore) by phone. Signed the contract on Sunday afternoon and brought the trailer in on Monday morning. The aisles between the parking spaces are exceedingly narrow, have nearly zero clearance when turning at the end of each aisle, several vehicles (trailers, boats) extend over their allotted space making it that much more difficult to safely navigate through the parking lot, and the 35 spots are actually quite a bit shorter since they are diagonally oriented but they measure from stripe to stripe. (Said another way: a 35 trailer parked in a 35 slot would extend at least 3-4 beyond the stripe.) Now Ill freely admit that we are new to trailers (though weve driven RVs for years), so we are not the most experienced when it comes to parking a trailer in tight spaces. But the layout of the lot, and the tight turning radius at the end of each aisle, made it harrowing (to say the least) to navigate in the lot, and we decided that we would not be able to reliably park here, navigate around the existing vehicles in the lot, and keep our vehicle and those in the lot safe. Given that this was less than 24 hours after signing the contract, I requested our money back (less the administrative fee), and the owner refused, blamed me for not knowing how to park, and made it very clear that Id be out Januarys pro-rated rent and all of February (nevermind that the total time we spent in the facility was less than one hour). Given this exceptionally short-sighted approach to customer service, I cant recommend this business at all.

I highly recommend NO one rents from this place. To be upfront, Jake, the manager is very dishonest as a person and avoids dealing with issues that he is responsible for causing. For example, my space was blocked by them allowing for someone with a 30ft rig to park in a 20 ft space, where they hang out on both ends 5 ft, blocking the ability for others to park in their spaces. This and many other issues over the last year have led to this review. When I tried respectfully and diligently to resolve the issue, I never received a single call back. I left message after message to cancel my contract and they continued to charge me. I finally got ahold of the manager Jake today, likely because he answered the phone by mistake. Of course, he cut me off repeatedly and just blatantly lied and bullied his position the entire time, showing a complete unwillingness to make the situation right. I asked to be directed to the owner, and Jake claimed that he was now the owner, when he originally stated he was only the manager. I doubt that to be true but I dont really care to bother with these guys anymore to find out. The place is a dump anyways. Stay away!

So Im so disappointed with this place please do not rent here the manager is never in and I moved here from my public storage cuz for the same size I was paying 150 overthere and here its 85 Ive only been at this storage for about 3 weeks now and I came today to take somethings out And when I arrived my lock to my unit was cut off And it wasnt just mine smh I checked around and a few of them were cut off them selves not a coincidence I think someone is Trying to hit a lick on a bunch of units in there thats not fair at all and there is no cameras on the property also they are closed on Sundays so how do you get a hold of them to let them know someone is gonna break in and steal from all these people storing their items in there I wish I was not working to catch theses assholes that are cutting locks Ana Thalia things that dont belong to them please do not rent from here it is not safe I went immediately to go get a new lock so hopefully they dont cut my new lock off and take all my things just listen do not rent here its a terrible place to store your things

We came in to see if the size storage we needed was available. Dod was very busy and yet took time to respectfully acknowledge us. Dod multi-tasked several customers at the same time while we were waiting for our copies. He had taken us to the size and direction we wanted, was polite and informative while we walked. The storage was clean and secure. Am not sure why no one has written good reviews other than too busy to take the time. The place is well worth the reasonable price (and we did compare prices). We are moving out of another storage facility in Livermore which was smaller and more expensive. Thanks Dod!

I dont like storage units. I dont think my stuff is safe. I moved back home from GA and had to put my whole life into tubs until I got back on my feet. Today my dad told me our unit was BROKEN INTO and 90% of my stuff was STOLEN. $1,000s of my stuff. Lady who owned this place has never had this happen before. Cool beans. I am completely devastated. Get security cameras (they have none) so people feel that their stuff is somewhat protected.

It seems as though this company makes a very significant portion of their income through claiming your property and auctioning it off. I realize the contract states they have a legal right to sell your belongings, but it honestly seems as though they are very hopeful that you will be late with a payment so that they can begin the auctioning process and believe me, they are quick to do so. Very unfriendly atmosphere at this facility.

Great facility. Every unit is clean and has drive up access. I have been a tenant here for many years. I recently needed to up grade to a larger unit mid month. They gave me a half months credit at the old rate and only charged me a half month at the new higher rate. The owner also had two of his employees help move my stuff into the new unit. I am a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend this company.

Recently left an apartment and was facing a huge issue with storing all my things, luckily I found Airport Self Storage during a deal and got two months for almost the price of one! Not to mention for the size I got Im saving a lot of money I could have been spending elsewhere. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and makes you feel at home. Its a safe convenient location and theres tons of space!

My girlfriend needed to move with short notice. The folks at airport storage made it really easy to secure a space quickly. Airport had the best prices out of all the facilities we researched. Her stuff has been in there for a few months now and the folks at airport continue to provide great service and flexibility. I would recommend this place to others.

Setup auto payment and found they didnt process it by the 5th so I called and they said they would get back with me. I never heard back so I called on the 12th. They said I didnt have auto pay and charged me a late fee. I have no recourse they said so watch your back and get it in writing.
