What a lovely place, great variety of classes and so many fascinating and diverse events. I attended a sound healing bath here that was one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had. I love the yoga classes, too. GGIW has a peaceful spiritual vibe. The studio is large, so there is plenty of room. Teachers are excellent; yoga classes for all levels. The owners Karen and Susan are down to earth, and truly care about their members. Welcoming and Caring are good words to describe GGIW. Love the little boutique as well. I bought a vegetarian cook book here that has become my all time favorite, also bought some of their blue lotus comfy line of yoga clothes.

A beautiful, welcoming space, run by people who care. All the teachers are enthusiastic about their yoga styles, and the variety ensures anyone from utter newbies, to those with health issues, to experienced yogis & yoginis, may find a class to suit their needs.
