WOOOOHHHH!!!! AWESOME CAR WASH, EVEN BETTER DETAIL!. If you ever want to have your car look like you just drove it off the showroom floor then this is the place. I was so happy that I decided I am going to write another review of this place, better than the one I left before. I stopped coming to this place a while back because every time it was taking longer to wash my car, they just were too busy, or they were doing some updates. The reason I came back is because of my neighbor Joe. Joe told me about the best car wash he has ever had this past Saturday. Here is our conversation from last week: Joe: I just got a wax for $20. Me: Where at? Joe: New place, TC car wash. Me: TLC, Joe: No TC, at the Towne Center. Me: That car wash was closed for updates. Joe: Nope, it was open. It must have changed hand and they changed the name to TC. They did a Teflon Wax for $20, look at the shine on my car. One look at his shiny black car, and I had to check it out for myself. I dont know about you but a wax job for $20, Ill take one too please. When I got there I saw lots of changes, color scheme was different, they had better looking uniforms and many new faces. Anyway Joe was wrong its their best wash for $20 that leaves a thin film of Teflon on the car. But that is not what I got. The guy there explained about the chaulky feel on my car. He really spent the time explaining it. He also told me if I didnt like the results, he would refund my money. For $50 more you get your car looking like you just had it painted. I was floored when I picked up my car. I left a $20 tip for the guy that did the work in the tip Jar at the cashier. Get this they even have a system where your keys are safe inside and even leave the tip for the guy inside. Oh man, he was so right the car look and feels amazing. I have fallen in love with my little car again, and its all because of you guys at the TC carwash. Anyway, when I loged in, I read lots of bad reviews and some good reviews. It seems like there are lots of cheapskate whiners that go to this place. One complaint is that they raised the price from $10.99 to $11 and wants to find a better car wash. Really, I mean seriously, you are going to complain about a penny. Its actually a positive review if you read it. I am with the other reviewer, to each their own. Another is saying about the expensive car dont go here. I have seen some pretty expensive cars at this car wash and some pretty bad ones. But mostly above average cars. There has also been occasions that I have overheard, others complaining, and usually its the ones that did not take car of their car and want to have their car looking like new for $11. You guys need to get real. I have only read a few legitimate negative reviews that have a gripe about a service, but mostly the negatives are about the money. If you get an exterior wash you should not be complaining that they didnt clean the windows. The way I see it if the cheapskates stay away, Ill get my car done faster.

First off, Id like to clarify Ive been here a couple of times for just a quick wash and they were okay. I went to get my car fully detailed and washed to get ready to sell it. I spent $200 to get this done. The guy who sold me the wash/detail said it would take no longer than an hour and a half. It took 2 and half hours. After waiting 2 hours I went up to the front counter and asked about my car. The owner leaned in while on his cell and told me hell check on it. He took me to the back and showed me them working on my car and said it would be another just another 5 minutes to wipe the wax off. The owner got back on his cell got in his car and drove away. I ended up waiting another half and hour. When I got my car back there was still wax all over the car, the rims werent wiped clean, the radio buttons were pushed in so far I had to take it to my mechanic to get the buttons pushed back out, the console on top of the steering wheel wasnt cleaned, they didnt clean the center of the steering wheel, they left the leather seats so oily it went through my pants and blouse (cant ever wear them again), to top if off the guys didnt know I was Mexican and could speak Spanish and they were talking crap about me. They dont car about the quality of detail or wash they do on the car just your money. For $200 I expected a lot better service than that! I definitely will NEVER go back.

Been to this places just a few times and Ill NEVER GO BACK ANYMORE! There was one time I found out my sun shade was stolen. I didnt catch it right at the spot and didnt notice after a day had past, so I count it my partial fault too, and I did go back (location wise is very convenient to me)..... Today I went back for they offer "special/cheaper" price very Tues , but it ended up I still pay $7 dollars than advertised, the cashier tried to explain to me its because of my car size, plus I want my inside to wipe down (??)....etc and whatever.... Okay, never mind, I consider this is a hard working business so I dont bother and just accept. In the end I found out my 4 bottles of water at driver lower doorside was missing!! SO, heres a WARNING for you: IF you do choose to go here for convenient car wash, you need to watch out and remove all removable personal properties, otherwise, you will find yourself in a very very frustrating situation: Do you want to spend time to go back to ask for your small items or rather blame yourself for ignoring people like me and others who have had bad experiences spent time here to alert you??

THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR AND DENY IT!!!!! They took a chunk out of my bumper with one of the little shopping carts that they keep their supplies in and then denied it. The owner laughed and told me to "prove it". He then refused to let me see the video, refused to provide me with insurance information and refused to show his business license. The paint was dangling off of my bumper so I took a video showing that the damage was fresh and if it wasnt that the paint that was hanging off would have been wiped right off when they dried it and he again laughed and told me to "prove it". The security staff at the shopping center even said they would never bring their car there because it was so obvious they damaged my vehicle....and it probably wasnt the first story theyd heard like mine. If you value your vehicle, dont take it there.

One of the worst car wash companies! Prices were not posted so purchasing the car wash took a long time because we had to wait for others to decide what they wanted as well. The car wash itself was dirty with algae growing on the scrubbers. The truck still had soap all over it after it went through the wash. The only good thing was the guys drying off the vehicle did a thorough job. Will NEVER be back to this carwash.
