Just spent 15 minutes in line then the equipment quit working when my car was half way through the wash tunnel . When I exited my car was only half washed and still covered with soap. Meanwhile they fixed the equipment problem so I asked if they would run me through again to get the soap off my vehicle since there was an opening in the front of the long 15 minute line and then I wouldnt have to go to the back of the line again. They refused and instead wanted me to go to the back of the line again and start over. Huh??? It was their fault that my car was still covered with soap and instead of taking care of the problem right away they wanted to steal another 15 to 20 minutes of my time by requiring me to start over again. So I left. What a terrible way to treat your customers

I loved it. I was looking for automatic car wash and found one so close to where I live. Great location . Awesome service. Excellent job. They wash & dry your car with smile :) Hopefully they are using "green products". I got a coupon on my grocery bill and used it for economy wash. It was only 6 bucks. & car looks like new. No efforts. Just sit in the car and bam, your work is done. Next time ill take the expensive package. They do the tire washing properly in that one.

Its brown bear. Good carwash. Decent price. Environmentally conscientious. Automated payment makes for quick service but the location makes it hard to maneuver around and get back out onto Factoria Blvd. (Right turn only). Especially for bigger cars. And there can be a wait for the vacuums as there are only a few spots available.

I just love that they provide cleaning spray and fresh towels to everyone. As much and as many as you need. I come here every couple of weeks with my daughter, and she loves helping me clean the car. +1 for the discount Brown Bear Car Wash coupons you can buy at Costco.

Used a Costco coupon here and then paid $6 dollars to upgrade to the supreme version. The towels were a nice touch; my only qualm was that some of the soap did not get washed off my priuss hatchback.

Id highly suggest to walk around your vheicle with a video camera for sense of security for your insurance company. Before your choose to use one of these. Recommended at your own risk.

Great car wash and you get a discount if you get the car wash with gas. I would recommend just going with the basic wash as the others dont really add any value.

They are totally affordable. Unlimited car washes. Free fresh towels. The staff isnt that polite but serves the purpose. Its spacious. Totally satisfied.
