I paid for The Works, which is the top of the line car wash of both the interior and exterior of the vehicle. I could tell that the two guys washing the exterior of my vehicle were doing it half-heartedly, but I figured that whatever they misses that the guys drying it would catch. When I turned the car over to the detailers, I told them to do a good job as I was going to tip them good. When they called me that my vehicle was done, I gave them $10. It was a busy day for me and so I left to do my next errand. When I got to the next location, I saw the bird poop still on the car and so I looked at it further. There were spots that werent cleaned on the outside and lots of spots that werent wiped or vacuumed on the inside. I went back and ask for a manager or owner, they said that there was only a supervisor. I showed the girl the bird poop, and told about the spots on the console and seat. She spoke with the supervisor and he said that theyd put the car through again. While I was waiting, I was looking at a Maserati that was supposedly completed. It had missed spots, bird poop and fuzz from the rags underneath the emblems. Very similar to my problem. So again, I told the guys to do a real good job and that Id tip them well. When they said that they were finished, I tipped them $10 and took the car again, in a rush now, and went on with my errands. Later when I got home, I noticed the same spots as after the first time, same bird poop, same dirty hand prints on the door panels, same spots on the center console and same crumbs on the passenger seat. Next time Im taking my car to be washed to Classic Car Wash at 1050 Freeway Dr. in Napa, CA!

Been going here for 15 years. I want them to do well. Recently they have fallen off a cliff. Im guessing La Migra did a sweep and wiped out all the competent staff. This is the nature of minimum wage work in CA, but there used to be a manager that would walk the floor and insure quality control. I went in the middle of a weekday - and it was like a kindergarten. Guys throwing brushes at each other, goofing around or leaning with arms folded, the machine that I pay extra to automatically clean and rain x the surface was half spraying and the water rinse didnt work at all, but they kept moving cars through. This is a really simple business model with straight forward, easily teachable skills. Quality/service - thats it. If theres no cat the mice... you know the rest.

I have used this car wash several times over the past 6 months. The last time I was there, I paid for the deluxe wash plus a pretty sizable tip. Found out later that day that they had only dressed the tires on the drivers side of the car. My fault for not inspecting the car when it was done. I went there last night and again paid for the deluxe wash ($21.99) + tip. When it was "finished" I had to tell them to clean the remaining residual bird droppings off the roof. They did, but didnt empty the trash from inside, did not clean the inside of the back window, did not fully vacuum the back deck, didnt clean the outside of the drivers side window, didnt clean the outside mirrors. Im driving a Scion XA for crying out loud. Its not a very big car. I wont EVER go back there.

The Napa Valley Car Wash is the Very Best! They do an excellent job and will do it to your satisfaction. The very nice people that work there are experts at cleaning your vehicles. We have a 2010 Chev.truck (1 ton) and a Suburban and they look wonderful when they come away from there! Once a year we have our cars/trucks waxed and detailed...they do an excellent job on that as well! Great value for the dollars spent!

Used to be great; would not recommend anymore. They dont fully hand wash the car, and it causes a lot of missed spots. Anything heavy like bird droppings or tree sap gets missed. Paid for the deluxe package and they didnt even vacuum around the shifter. Dust on the dash, missed smudges on the windows, and an over-all too rushed to do a good job feel now. Dont plan on returning anymore.

I have had pretty inconsistent service despite the nice tips I leave. The last time they somehow turned on ALL of my interior lights and I left without noticing. I had to pull over and spend 10 minutes looking through my owners manual to figure out how to turn off the lights...super frustrating. Other times I have had better service, just never know what to expect.

Not good today. They wet my rubber mats - did not clean them and charged me -- put them back in my car wet. Did not even dry the vehicle properly and I paid for a Deluxe wash. Truly just gave it a lick and a promise. Not great. It used to be but now I will be going to the one on First Street. The last 3 washes I have felt ripped off

Im not impressed, I was under the impression I was getting a full service exterior wash and wax and interior cleaning with shampoo and all but that was not the case. I feel deceived and disappointed. The work that was done was not complete. How can a hand wash and wax be done in 20 minutes? The answer is it cant.

They did a great job with the exterior wash but really rushed on the interior and left many areas untouched where I could still see lots of dust. Maybe Ill just have the exterior done for now and do the interior myself after giving a $7 tip for a mediocre job. Come on guys take some pride in your work please.

Every time i go they do a good job washing the truck but when it comes to the wheels and my muffler tips they dont clean them at all. Its happened to me every time i gone! thinking of going to the other one by the outlets because i have never had any problems or experienced anything bad with that car wash

This was my second time there. The first time was a very busy day and the job was mediocre. The second visit was way below par. When I pointed out several dirty spots on my car I was treated like I was crazy and seeing things. I took their rags and towel and cleaned it myself. I have not been back.

Terrible job done on my car. Windows worse than when I went in, console spottily wiped and most of inside left a mess and my rims barely touched. I paid far more than at my usual place and am so angry at the terrible job they did. No wonder the wait wasnt long. Just dont go here.

People are very nice. But this is the 4th time I take my car and the console is just quickly wiped down. Windows have smudges. And 3rd time they dont open the trunk to wipe excess water. They seem to miss something every time.

Very poor customer service!!!!! They rip my temporary tag a part!!!! No apologies at all and charge me full price!!!! What a joke.... Bunch of kids running the store, i mean no experience at all!!!!!
