I have been going here for a long time. I like their loyalty program (buy 10 washes get one free). Every time u leave with a super clean care inside and out except the last time ( spring 2015) it was subpar compared to other times. There was still bird poop, missed spots, interior waant complete, etc. There was also a time about a year ago that I had gotten my car detailed and they promised it would be done in an hour. It was done in 2.5 hours. It cost me a lot of time, it was very hot out, missed an important appointment. I had to say something and thankfully I was compensated with 2 free car washes. I felt they made it right but I was very upset to have been told one thing and then have another result. I shouldnt have had to complain. They should have compensated me without me having to bring it up. The person waiting before me also waited too long - 2 hours - when they were told 1. I was watching them and there was a good hour of NO ONE working on the car. I guess someone decided to take a lunch break right in the middle of cleaning it! Then when the guy was working on it he was chatting it up with a coworker focused on their conversation and not the car. And when he was alone he kept staring at me creepily. Such a bad wxperience. I wont get detail done here ever again. When I do a car wash I am sure to inspect it thoroughly before leaving to make sure its done right. Sad I have to do this but not ready to give up on you yet!

I paid for the more expensive wash and they CLEARLY did not do anything above the norm. I had to go back twice -- to have the dash cleaned and then the windows -- essentially I had to ask them to do what I had paid for with the higher priced wash. Then, the icing on the cake was the damage that occurred while my car was with them. I filled out a report and have heard NOTHING from them since. To top it all off, the person who filled out the report indicated that I notified them "later" of the damage when, in fact, I said something before I even got into my car to drive away! THEN, he would not document that the hose to the vacuum may have caused the damage -- even though we did see that this may have been the cause. He wrote that he saw no evidence that it happened there. The list goes on... I have gone here for years, but NEVER again!

Was happy with the wash until I got home and found three deep scratches on the back bumper. Called and the manager "Gabhette" told me to bring the car in for him to see. I couldnt get back for a few days due to work but when I did he looked at it and said he was going to look at the video footage and call me. 4 days later and still no call so I called him and he told me he was going to be looking at the video THAT DAY and call me later... no call. At this point Im over it. All the excitement about getting the car washed dissipated the moment I saw those scratches. I wouldve preferred he just tell me there was nothing he could do, or at least refund me my $31. Reading all the other reviews on here it sounds like this guy tells everyone hell call them back and never does. Either way Im never coming here again.

The remodel has been amazing! LOVE the gift shop. Every time weve been we have been completely sidetracked by the excellent selection. By the time were done browsing, our wait is almost done. The seating / waiting area was well planned. We have been impressed. There is one negative but it is easily overcome. When the sun is high in the sky, the options and price signs are next to impossible to read. Dont be shy about asking the staff for the 411 because the experiance is worth the effort. The staff is hard working and are willing to listen to our requests. When we drove away, there wasnt a grandkid Skittle left in the car. Our vehicle was smiling...really (:

I drove from Lake County to have my truck washed here. I bought the platinum package and the interior was BARELY touched. Im not sure how it looks to have your customers grabbing your towels and finishing the job themselves until your team had to step in to help finish a job that should have already been done. Not to mention, there were spots on my doors where cleaner had been sprayed and never wiped up. I also paid extra for the mats to be cleaned and they werent touched. I never complain or give any type of reviews but I am so highly disappointed in the efforts put out by your team in cleaning my vehicle, that I felt the need to say something.

This car wash is horrible. i tried to get my car washed 3 times. The first was ok. The second I asked to have it not only washed but hand waxed. They gave the car back to me in 20 minuets and told me it was done. i went home and noticed it was barely cleaned. I went back and they gave me a voucher for a free detail. I gave them another chance. They then proceeded to use the wax buffers on all part of my car and destroyed my washer sprayers costing me 130 to replace. They just dont care about your car. please stay away unless you want to chance fixing your car.

Although they have a big staff every time I take my car there they do not clean the windows properly after spraying their cleaning solution. I have amino acids stains on my leather seats and console, and they never bother to wipe them off. To much money for poor service. I observed one of them kids working there. Skinny guy, medium hair which obviously has been colored in blond. He does a crappy job on every car he works on, very slow, take lots of breaks while everyone else is working on other cars. I am looking for another place to have my car cleaned.

I was charged for a service I did not get in the amount of $40.00. Manager assured me my account would be credited. Its been 2.5 weeks now with no credit to my account. I called and talk to one other manager and he assured me this would be taken care of. Still no credit. Tried calling again a couple of different times and no one answered the phone. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!! I guess I will have to go back in and see if I can get my refund that is due to me......very bad business . I am not looking forward to going back to this car wash for my refund!!

Over priced for a bad wash. It cost me $35 with tip. I dont know why I tipped. When it was done they had missed several spots on my car, inside and out. Didnt clean my mirrors, there was bird poop all over my car even after the wash. I could have done a better job in half the time. Windows were streaked on the spots they actually washed but a lot of the window they missed all together. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE OR DO IT YOURSELF. Youll save money and get a better wash job.
