Solid, knowledgeable, FAST, honest as in non-greedy, post socialist auto mechanics with unassuming expertise in European luxury cars. I always go here before any Audi repair at the dealership to get the real sensible approach on what needs to be done. Have never had a repair from here fail to live up to Audi standards. Dont waste your time and money with all the hustlers out there high and low.

I’m the type of consumer who compares before I shop. For the third time Phoenix Auto Body has given me the best price and the best service. They were highly professional, knowledgeable, and got the job done on time. I’ve never had to go back to Phoenix twice for the same problem. I am confident I don’t need to shop around anymore for price or quality.

I feel great with Phoenixs guys- Igor, Alik, and others- always friendly, professional, human males. For 12 years of my experience with them, I was never being refused any service for my cars- very old ones and now a new one. Glad friends referred them to me years ago- God loves me.

Was told to call and speak to Igor.. he answered the phone and was very rude to me.. I asked to speak to Igor , not knowing he was the one who answered the phone..He said a few things I wont repeat. He needs to learn some phone skills. I wont be taking my car to that jackhole.

I love these guys, I go to them for everything car-related. When I was buying a used car they checked the engine for free and answered all my questions and they always offer me a great price, no matter what the issue is. Theyre also really friendly. Definitely check them out.

very honest and upright...will do the best to keep the price down. also extremely knowledgable. igor, the main guy is often quite busy though...so it can be a bit of a communication barrier. but very good service overall.

Just called them, when phone was picked up i said "Hi, I have a question" Phoenix employee cuts me off and says "No questions" and then hangs up on me. Really?

Those guys are pros and always quote you fair price. Been using them for 15 years now and never had any issues. 5 stars all around.
