I got in a car accident and they took a look at it to let me know it was not going to be repaired and then they let me leave my car there all day long while I worked out details. At the end of it all, they didnt charge me a dime. So I made sure to bring my sisters car in for an oil change the next week. They found things that needed to be fixed on her car and didnt charge much at all. They take a look at the car right away, right in front of you. I appreciate the honesty and openness. I know a bit about cars but look like a little girly girl. They didnt treat me like an idiot car girl and were real upfront and detailed with all the problems both cars had. (great sandwich place across the way to kill time in too) Its hard to find an honest shop

"It always helps to have three people in your family: a Lawyer, a Priest, and a Mechanic". My Mother always said that. And when you are a legal secretary by trade and depend upon your car to get you to work on time, safely, etc., you will -- at some time or another -- need Triple A, and a neighborhood mechanic to take your car / truck to. Brad and Evan have always treated me like their "family". There is no amount of money that can buy peace of mind. "Just leave the driving to me -- and just leave the fixing to One Stop". Thats my motto that I live by. Go see them (theyve got candy and free ink pens!)

I recommend One-Stop to everybody I know with ANY kind of body or mechanical work. Its wonderfully calming to know that the work will be done right and the cost will be very fair. How many people can trust their auto mechanic absolutely? One-Stop is one of the very few businesses of any kind where I never have to worry about the quality of the work or if Im being grossly overcharged. As a senior citizen, its nice to know that One-Stop carries on the nearly lost tradition of quality workmanship, honest dealing and personal service.

i gave these guys all the excuses they needed to charge me through the nose. i just had my engine partially rebuilt in mexico and it was making a louder noise than it should. they took a look at it and within a couple hours called me and let me know that my exhaust manifolds that attach to the engine had not been reconnected when they rebuilt the engine. so they only charged me 60 bucks to attach them. they could have made virtually anything up but they didnt and i appreciate that.

I have brought my car to One Stop Auto consistently for almost a decade. They have always quoted me fair prices, offered quick service, have been friendly, and have never thrown hidden or unnecessary charges my way. When Ive asked them to explain parts of my car and how it works, theyve always been very helpful with that too and shown me exactly whats going on. They earned my loyalty a long time ago and havent given me reason to reconsider.

One Stop Auto Shop is not only the best repair shop I have used, it is one of the best businesses I have patronized. You always get the impression they treat you like theyd want their own family treated. With complete honesty. They never try to add on repairs and will even talk you out of doing car work if they deem it unnecessary. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

5/5 I took my MC to Brad on multiple occasions. Being from Florida-- I was worried about finding a mechanic in the Hollywood area. Well, I found One Stop Auto and they have done amazing work on my Chevy at "Florida" prices. 100% Honest and trustworthy-- and the work is done the right way. I wouldnt recommend anyone else in the LA area.

Ive been coming here for years and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Their prices are always half of what a dealer would charge you and they never do anything that doesnt need to be done. Completely fair prices and service. The guys are always friendly and I just wouldnt trust my car with anyone else.

Evan is the man! Super fast, cheap, and friendly service. Great place to take your car. Highly recommend this gem in West Hollywood. :)
