I completely agree with my wife: The single worst experience i have ever had with an auto body place in my life. Sadly was forced to go their by Keyes European in van Nuys (and why i will never ever by a car from them again) when i got rear-ended. The customer service acts like its the Four Seasons but in truth the emperor is naked. They waste your time with their stupid paperwork, they have no respect for your time and worst still after taking 4 days to finish my bumper they broke the drivers seat so the car had to go back to Keyes European to be fixed. This was on a Friday afternoon. The car goes to Keyes and the car is then ready on Saturday afternoon but Keyes are not allowed to release MY car to ME because get this...Pride Auto Body is the customer and there was nobody on Saturday to deal with because they are closed. Stay away from this place, it pretends to be something it is not and they dont even take very good care of your vehicle. Please sign in, give us a few minutes to get your paperwork straight..." 20-30 minutes later you are still waiting there and then they will come back and deal with you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! TERRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!

I tried this body shop (Oxnard st.) as I previously had my vehicle serviced at the Haskell location. My major issue is their customer service and communication. They are very polite, thats not the issue, but it took days to hear back from them; most reputable shops that Ive used get back to me within 24 hours. There is much more to tell, but to cut the story short... they returned my car without the engine cover and other non-essential items and NEVER contacted me to let me know. I found out, months later, when I got an oil change and noticed that pieces were missing. I called the rep, who apologized, and said I could stop by the shop. I came in to the shop the following week - when I had time to drive back down there. Not only was it a complete inconvenience BUT they didnt even offer to install them. In fact, when I arrived, the office manager? (Male, NOT a technician) literary placed them on the lobby floor. I had to ask him to help me carry them to my car. They appear to have a very buttoned up process, so Im not sure why they dropped the ball on so many different occasions. All I know is that Ill exclusively go to the Haskell location from now on.

Traveling through this area and I got rear-ended by a SUV. Took my truck to this shop and Mr. Ilagan took care of me pretty quick. From access the damage to the finish, it took a week.Took little long to finish but consider its in LA area and number of accident they have daily, really cant complain. When my truck was done, my bumper needed little adjustment. Mr. Ilagan saw it and he took care of it pretty quick. I hope I dont need to come back here again but, if I get in another accident, I will look for this shop.

My initial customer experience was positive Mike gave me my first estimate and told me it would take about six days when I actually went through with getting my car repaired, Karen Ramirez took over and Ive experienced a horrible communication and customer experience she was not only rude but unconcerned of the customer and my car has been there now for two weeks just for a scratch on the bumper.

My car has been there for over 24 hours and Ive been trying to get ahold of anyone working there. Left several messages and have herd nothing... would have rather toed my totaled car to a respected shop back where I live.....no pride....
