Certified Collision Craft (CCC) is AMAZING. I got into a fairly seriously car accident the Tuesday evening right before Thanksgiving (all four panels ended up needing to be replaced). When I called CCC Wednesday morning, I spoke with Mike. He helped me deal with getting my car towed to his location, and had a quote to me less than two hours after my car arrived. His initial quote, follow-up quote, and final quote were all the same - and all not hundreds, but THOUSANDS of dollars less than anywhere else I spoke with. I have no collision insurance, and so I was incredibly grateful due to the fact that I had to pay out-of-pocket for all of the work that he did. In addition, he assured me that if I found a body shop elsewhere that I preferred, he would let me store my car at his shop until the following Monday - free of charge! - because he understood how difficult it would be to find another place to store the car due to the holiday weekend. I got the car back this morning, and it looks better and drives better than when I first purchased it. I am enormously impressed. If I ever get into any type of accident again, I dont care how far I have to tow my car and how much I have to pay, I am taking my business here. I am also counseling all of my family members and friends to do the same.

I took my 2010 mazda 3 into Certified Collision Craft last week because they were well-reviewed and also within walking distance from my house, saving me from the hassle of renting a car. I damaged my car the week before by accidently side-swiping the right back door of my car along a metal fence pole. Then a couple of days after that my left rear light and bumper were damaged by a lady in a wells fargo parking lot. The side of my car had the same texture as Ray Liottas face and i had a sinking feeling in the pit of my wallet. The first estimate i received made me cringe a little, but the guy i was talking to assured me if i talked to the guy in charge, Michael, he would help me out. So i go the next day and talk with Michael and I was happily surprised at the price he worked out for me. He was very polite and reassuring, making sure that i understood that my car was in good hands. I came back today and picked up my car, and i was extremely happy to see my car looking BETTER than new. Michael and his guys fixed what i came in for and more. the small scratches from curbs on my front bumper, the little nicks from backing up into bushes, tiny imperfections on my car were all gone. Not to mention, they also washed and detailed my car and fed me blueberry muffins. These guys are awesome

I had hit a parked car at my apartment, my car had a large black scrape along the side and the car that I hit had a small scratch on the drivers side front corner. After leaving a note on the car with my information I took pictures of the damage. I immediately called a auto repair shop and took my car in to get looked at hoping that they could buff out the scratch, once there they took my information and created an estimate that they emailed me which came out to $2500. Freaking out about the price I called Certified Collision Craft which I found on google and was only a few minutes away from my apartment. The gentlemans name who answered the phone was Junior and he told me that I can bring it in and that theyd see what they can do. I told him my main concern was getting the dark color off of my car. He took my car and about 15-20 minutes later he showed me my car completely free of the dark marks and did it FREE OF CHARGE. The womans car that I had hit contacted me and I sent her their to get hers buffed out and said that I will pay for the repair. Junior was so kind and I cant express enough how much I appreciate their service. I would recommend Certified Collision Craft for anyone looking for auto service!

I chose this body shop because I found it online, and it was close by to my apartment (Studio City, just north of Ventura on Woodman). I wasnt really sure what to expect, but my insurance was paying for it so I just went with the closest shop. They went ahead and called a car rental company for me to pick me up from the shop after I dropped off my car--that was really nice. My insurance was paying for the damage on the drivers side of the car, but I had some previous scratches and dings on other parts of the car as well. He asked me if I wanted to get those fixed too, and I said no just because I didnt want to spend any extra money. He was polite and not pushy which I appreciated. He told me it would take about 2 weeks, but they were done in a week and a half! When I went in to pick it up, I almost didnt recognize the car because they washed the car and I didnt see the scratches and dings anymore. I was worried thinking, "I thought I said no to those fixes... uh oh." But then he told me they fixed it at no extra charge--WOW. I will be coming back for sure! The car looks great, the work was done quickly, and the people were a pleasure to work with.

These guys run a family business and theyre great! When Michael, the owner, gives you an estimate, THAT is the price you pay. Youll never hear any excuses about "this here, that there, oh and an other thing about this." What Michael tells you, he and his son Junior go out of their way to do for you. If youre vehicle needs an extra part he didnt quote you on, they take care of it, while at the same time jumping through hoops with your insurance company to handle the legal nonsense on your behalf. A friend of mine had recommended it to me when my girlfriend needed body work done as the lease on her Prius was ending (which they did excellent work on) and now theyve done great work for me too. When I was in the office, I saw an unattended computer open with their Google reviews page open. What that tells me is; this is a business striving to build a reputation on doing good, honest work. And they absolutely do! If you need work done, this is the place.

As a younger female having her first car accident while living on the opposite side of the country from my entire family...it was traumatic to say the least. I didnt know what to do, where to go, the proper steps to take and I was completely overwhelmed. I thought this whole process would be daunting and never end not to mention I was positive anywhere I went they were going to try and hustle me...not Certified Collision. They were extremely friendly, helpful and made the whole process a complete breeze. They helped me with a rental car and in under an hour I was in and out of there. I picked up the car and it looked better than when I purchased it. Absolutely amazing service and I recommend to anyone and everyone. Thank you!

I had some damage to my suv. Mostly on the drivers said. I went around LA and got 3 estimates. Leon gave me the best deal hands down, AND he was able to tell me what the previous 2 estimates were. Without knowing who or where I got the estimates from. They finished in just 3 days. Instead of the dealers est. time of 12 days. And on top of that...they fixed pretty much any minor cosmetic damages that were on the car elsewhere, without charging me so much as a penny. Def. recommend them. Great people. Amazing prices and customer service. They called me a day later, just to make sure I was happy with the car. :)
