I had the worst experience with this body shop. I brought my car in to get an estimate on Tuesday for some very minor damage. They were recommended by mercury insurance. I was told i would have the estimate emailed to me that same day. I waited till Friday and when i didnt get a response I called and they told me they would call me back that they couldnt find my paperwork. I never got a call back so i called on Saturday and left another message and still no response. I called back on Monday and finally was able to get a simple estimate emailed to me. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with their service. I would not recommend this place to anyone and cant believe that my insurance company would even recommend them. Unprofessional.

Cooks Collision handles a large amount of work from numerous insurers. Its likely the source of 90% of their work. The customer service is very good and most staff are helpful and friendly. That said, though in part due to their work load, the fitment of body panels can be a little sketchy owing to the speed of their work and number of autos in their garage. Pricing is high. I would not use them again if only because of the turn key atmosphere..and I despise most insurance companies for their cheapness.

DO NOT COME HERE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This place is absolutely terrible. They have had my car for over a month now and still have not completed the repairs. What is worse than that is they have not even communicated the repairs that are being done to my car. I am truly worried about what is being done to my car and the integrity of the repairs. I cannot believe that my insurance would recommend a place like Cooks Collision.

Unfortunately I have had to use Cooks a few times and always really liked the work they did as well as the communication. With one of my repairs, I was not happy with the end result and they kept the car, picked up the cost of my rental car and fixed it perfectly.

Good collision place. However, they made several small errors that forced me to return three times. Each time they were fixed but it was the result of dumb mistakes. Manager quickly took action to resolve. Despite the issues I would use them again.
