I went into Auto World to take my car in because it has a partnership with Geico. The female in the front says that I can drop off my car in 2 days because they needed to order parts. I told her that the car shakes when you drive it, and her response was, they would have never let you drive the car if it is not safe. I also told the Geico Ins claims adjuster that the car shakes when you drive it. Do I have to trust these people with my life telling me the car is safe? How would they like it it there car shakes when they drive it and tell them it is safe. I never had this problem with Allstate. I guess when you settle for a lower brand you get a lower product, Geico. I will never recommend this auto body or this insurance company. It is like wondering if you should change your phone carrier, you want to pay for a lower product, you will get a lower product.

Sean the Geico representative was good. He was honest & assured me that this location will do a great job. It was very convenient to have Geico & Enterprise in one same location when I dropped off my vehicle for repairs after an accident. I never heard of this place before, was nervous about leaving my precious family vehicle but the owner Maurice was very kind and re-assured me that they will do their best to return my vehicle to what it was before the accident. When I got my vehicle back it was shining clean, waiting in the lot for me to pick up. I have no issues with the repairs, they did a fantastic job. Highly recommend!!!

Auto World does a good job with body work, and thats about it. Mechanical repairs I would highly recommend you go somewhere else. When I had issues and had to return they seemed annoyed and wanted to "fix" the issue just to get rid of me. I knew my car wasnt they same, but one of the mechanics in the front office thought he knew my car better than I did. He suggested that he was doing me a favor seeing me again, I guess they had my money and thought what they had done was enough. Bottom line there are lots of places to get your car fixed, I would drive an extra 30 miles just not to deal with Auto World again.

I took my car here to have the front bumper and fender fixed. That was in Nov,2016. And they did an awesome job. I was backed into and I took it back and had it fixed their as well. They went above and beyond what was needed to be done. And they have great customer service, and informed me of everything. And I would go their again and recommend them to anyone who has been in accident or just wants to have it painted. God for bid I ever get in another accident I will be brining it back! Thanks AutoWorld!!!

Over the past number of years my family and I have been coming here and weve had nothing but positive experiences through and through. My job has me traveling for most of the year, so many of my issues come up while Im not close to home. Even over the phone the guidance given by Autoworld staff has been more helpful than any automotive center Ive visited during my travel. They genuinely care about you and your vehicle which can be hard to come by. I cant recommend their service enough.

I was having trouble with my insurance, Auto World although they did not need to stepped in and helped. The rental car was waiting as I dropped off my car. They explained everything they needed to do, and I was updated about what was going on daily. I would highly recommend Auto World to anyone. Thank you to Maurice and the staff KAREN P

Ive been using this repair shop for all my vehicles for the past 6 years . They do exceptional and honest repairs. They work directly with my insurance company so it made things go a lot smoother. Plus they had enterprise waiting for me with my rental . Hands down the best repairs and service. My car looked brand new
