I was referred here by AAA after a negative experience with a shop on Lyons Avenue. As a business owner myself, I always look at reviews...I noticed the reviews were between 1 and 5 stars however, decided to give them a shot. Since my battery was disconnected, I needed to drive my vehicle for 1 to 3 days just to have the smog test done...frustrated with my other experience, I brought my vehicle in twice in one day and in each instance the staff happily checked the car to see if it was ready... Finally on the third day and after 125 miles of random driving in SCV it was ready for the smog test...I was in and out of the shop in less than 45 minutes with my "PASS" and off to AAA for my tags. Very satisfied with this shop and this is a true review...not listed by a "google user, my name is Chris Szajner. Thank you FMC.

The only reason I got a good price for a battery from this place, is because they were forced to by AAA when I was towed there. Im going to call and complain to AAA right after writing this. They tried to gouge me with dealer prices and told me I needed an alternator when I didnt. Lucky I wasnt a ditzy girl or a know nothing. My mechanic quoted me 1/ 2 the price for an alternator then found that the problem was only a faulty wire. I witnessed them celebrating when a girl there got daddys credit card to cover a charge for over $500 for fixing a gas gauge and flickering dashlight. They lied to me, treated me poorly and wanted almost $400 for an alternator that I didnt need. AVOID AT ALL COST OR GO TO THE DEALER.

I have been taking my cars to FMC since the late 1990s. Starting with my Miata, then moving on through the other cars my wife and I have owned, Rob has always taken good care of us. Julio is a pleasure to work with, and is always responsive and willing to communicate. The office and shop are clean and organized, and they almost always finish well before the estimated time. This is an auto shop you can trust, and I do!

Ive been here aince 9:30 still here at 11:36 for a smog test which i was told will take 30 minutes aaa said i would get a discount and they charged me full price and they told me the certificate costs $10 when everywhere else in califonia only charges $8. For the smog certificate dont go here the

When my clutch went out a few years back AAA had me towed here and had it replaced. My car was so old they couldve taken me for a ride, but never recommended any work it didnt need. Ive been going to them ever since for multiple vehicles and always get great service.

I just got a notice in my mailbox that not only do I need my alternator replaced (I dont) that my valve cover is leaking (its not) and the latter was never mentioned to me when I was there. Avoid this place.

Absolute thifery, called AAA to lodge complain they quoted $800.00 waterpump replacement, and pep boys queued rice is $420.00 now asking ? 90.00 inspection fee to release the car

Great work, fast, straight up really organized. Car broke down on the Grapevine, made it to Valencia, found FMC on the web, they were all over the problem.
