Jay, the owner, was pleasant and knowledgeable. I was not looking forward to dealing with the insurance adjusters at all, but he took care of all of that for me. So I took my car in and basically, Jay took care of everything else. It was one-stop, hassle-free shopping and it looked great when I picked it up. And it was actually ready when he said it would be! With so many body shops in Simi, its nice to find one you can trust that does quality work.

Horrific customer service while renting a uhaul from here. The manager, jay, accused us stealing equipment out of the truck. He was very rude and didnt believe a word we said. We are currently pressing fraud charges through our bank as the manager yelled at both my husband and I. He couldnt even speak to us in a calm manner and his temper would very bad. Ive never experienced such poor customer service from anywhere before.

Dont ever go here. The owner is beyond rude. I went to rent a uhaul truck already reserved. He made me wait 1 hour to pick up because he had not worked the day prior and had to check in all trucks. His adittude sucked very unprofessional.. I ended up leaving and not renting from here. I put off moving till next weekend.. rather than pay him for services.. horrible customer service...

I rented a UHaul truck with them on 6/1/09 and the owners attitude SUCKED! He was completely rude and truly lacked the service. He asked me to move the truck when I returned it. I put too much gas when I returned it and I asked to get refunded somehow and before I even finished my sentence, he flat out said "hell no." I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES, WHATEVER IT MAY BE FOR.

this use to be a good shop but it has gone down on quality is just like a car dealer now they are nice to you when you first come in but if there is a problem or something was not fix the way is supposes to be they will give the run around. but it will get fix. I say the are average now but way better than the other body shop down the street

Great experience. My 2004 Corvette was heavily vandalized. Jay worked with my insurance company and got the thing repainted. Looks like brand new paint. Washed, waxed, and rims and tires cleaned! and he did it all in 2 weeks. I lived here for 20 years and never had a problem renting uHauls or body work. Thanks again.

Jay is absolutely wonderful, helped me work with an insurance company that was trying to give me the run around getting my car repaired (driver side door dented and paint ruined). Hes simply the best around.

I used them for two different jobs. One a minor one (broken mirror) and one was the result of a fender-bender. Was very satisfied both times. Courteous, clean, and on time.
