On May 8, I was involved in a small collision in stop-and-go local traffic on San Vincente Blvd. Near Bundy, which occurred when the car in front of me stopped much sooner than I had anticipated. Damage to my car was a popped grill and a banged up bumper embellished with the colors of the other car’s license plate. Damage to the other car was a banged up rear bumper with the colors of my license plate transferred to it in a similar fashion. There were no injuries to either driver, nor to my wife, the only passenger in either car. An appraiser at the first Santa Monica body shop I visited for a repair estimate told me I would have to replace my bumper, total estimated cost: $600 and 3 days to do the work. The second shop I visited told me I would need not only a new bumper but probably a new hood as well, total estimated cost: $500 to $1,000. I related these events to my grandson, a Santa Monica businessman, telling him that I found the estimates excessive. He advised me to get in touch with your company before making any decision. Result: repair by Le Mans to my complete satisfaction and at a reasonable cost, done in less than an hour at your Lincoln Blvd. shop. Need I say more? Only that I strongly recommend the services of Le Mans to my friends whenever the occasion arises. I especially valued the no-nonsense, highly professional approach to my situation shown by Bill Beetley, and I expressed my appreciation to him. Le Mans is fortunate indeed to have a person of such high caliber and integrity on its staff.

In response to the last reviewer. Yes, this is a corporate chain. They deal directly with the insurance companies. My insurance company gave me a few choices to bring my car after my accident. I came here a few years ago after a small fender bender. Another company owned it at that time. One of the workers at the time was a veteran. I was driving my Aunts car who is also a veteran. He said the problem was so small that he would fix it for free." Just go get the parts from the dealer and I will put them on for you" That same attitude exist today under the new management. Over a month ago I got in a major accident, and my car was totaled. It has been a slow recovery from my accident. I dont have the energy. The manager Luis is an outstanding leader. He seems to know his every detail of each automobile in his shop. He took an incredible amount of time to sit down with me and provide a complete assessment of my car and reviewed my options with me. His skills in providing customer support were exceptional. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a place to take your car to this location. Ask for Luis when you bring your car here.

I would definitely recommend Le Mans Body Shop! The staff was professional, fast and most importantly honest. Someone rubbed my Infiniti FX35 in a parking lot and left some paint and scratches on the front. I called and got a quote from Conrad at Le Mans to buff them out. Since I got the car just a couple of months prior I was more than happy to pay what I was quoted. When I showed up Conrad helped me out. He was very professional and didnt make me wait at all. He took a look and said he would have someone out back try and buff it out immediately. It was the fastest I have ever been helped at any shop ever. Within about five minutes Conrad brought the car back and it looked like new! When I went to pay him he said it was on the house. I would have easily paid him what he quoted me on the phone because like I said I just bought the car and wanted it to look like new for more than 60 days. Now have you EVER heard someone tell you that a mechanic or auto body shop gave them a quote and they charged you less, or in my case NOTHING at all? Le Mans earned my business for life. I was rear-ended in an accident and in the end, my car was totaled, so I cant speak for repair....but BOB was helpful, courteous and informative throughout my experience. Turnaround on all actions and communications was prompt. They made sure I had all personal items out of vehicle before I released it. I would absolutely go back to this shop.

caliber collision is right next to this cool shop on Lincoln Boulevard. It is a brightly lit rainbow colored sign. Currently the road behind the building is closed there would be parking here. Otherwise you have to find parking along the neighborhood street bordering the business

Dont ever come here, its like a swap meet with the manager Louis lying straight to your face and getting off on it. It took them 3 weeks longer to get parts and hes still unable to even give any help. As a black female with a white boyfriend, I feel very discriminated against!!
