When things go wrong it is good to be able to turn to people you trust. The Ford Auto Body technicians provided support and information that allowed us to make a decision. Our first time there was several years ago. A driver drove across a sidewalk and crushed into the side of my two month old Ford Fusion Energi. Luckly, the car took the beating, no one was hurt. The advise given: this new car can never be properly repaired. The insurance company agreed. Wheelchair accessible including gender neutral bathroom. Part two. In January, my wifes car got hit in a parking lot. Her car was not badly damaged. Ford Auto Body made the dents go away. As the commercial says, "Like it never really happened."

They are rude and show no sense of friendliness. Customer service is very low on their list of things to do. The guy Greg never even made an effort to be of assistance. If they treat me this rudely,how would they treat my car after they got it. If you like customer service, then definitely dont come here.

Ford Auto Body restored my Expedition to perfect condition. The expert courteous professional staff guided me though a very difficult negotiation process with my difficult insurance company so that my vehicle was repair correctly and in a timely manner. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

Took my ford expedition to this shop sooooo glad I did very pleased with the repairs and the professional attitude of all the great people at this shop was a very pleasant experience from what was a stressful situations they made it stress free.
