Of course after an accident this is the last place you want to go to. My insurance USAA refered me here and I took the chance thinking I trust them and came to caliber. WORST DECISION EVER! The office is really nice looking. Fresh popcorn, candy, water and even coffee. IMPRESSIVE! There were two young girls in the front. The one on the far right was with a customer when I walked in. The girl on the left was on her phone and did not even bother to greet me as I walked in. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! As soon as I got in and was waiting to be helped, the girl that was with a customer greeted me as soon as she realized there was a customer. Then the girl that was on her phone asked"hi how can I help" wellllll maybe if you had put down your phone you would have helped earlier. Needless to say, she then asked me to fill out some form even though I already had. Seems to me they lost my form. I was already having a bad experience from the start. (I probably should have waited for the other girl to help me) the girl that helped me (Grace) I believe was her name, was very rude, no smile, just as if she wasnt happy to be at work. She kept going back to her phone while I was sitting down. Then, my service advisor John came out. He was very nice and throughly expalined the process. He then walked me back in to have grace finish my paperwork. I waited a good 35-40 minutes until she was complete. Keep in mind, I am a buisness man and I dont have that much time to spare on people who are unhappy and make me feel unwelcomed. After signing, I waited another 20 minutes. I then came up to ask the girl helping me(grace) how much longer it would be and SHE WASNT EVEN THERE! She was in the far left office giggling very obnoxiously and carrying on a whole different convo. That is very rude especially when there is a unhappy customer. The girl sitting upfront called enterprise and confirmed they will arrive soon. In just 2 minutes enterprise was here. In my opinion, I dont think grace had even called enterprise until the other girl called when I was already pissed about waiting this long. Again, my experience was beyond horrible. Please dont hire girls in the front, especially if they are going to be unhappy with their jobs, very rude, will be on their phones and not even acknowledge a customer, and will keep a customer waiting while they go giggle. I will let my insurance know about my horrible experience with Grace in general and I hope they somehow let her manager know. Maybe she just needs some extra learning in customer service. Hopefully picking up my car wont be such a problem. I will review as soon as I pick up.

I personally wouldnt use Caliber Again. They kept taking longer than the quoted me. I had to take my vehicle back twice for tweaks to the work they did, and the rep I was given, Trevor, was very unhelpful, told me that my questions werent his problem, and didnt call me whenever he said he would.

This is how ever auto body/repair shop should be; friendly, professional and fast. I didnt realize that they were a GEICO company, or at least affiliates. But if youre reading this and GEICO is sending you here for repairs, not to worry. We had a pleasantly good experience.

Brian Elofson GEICO ARX Auto Damage Adjuster and Jovon Henderson Shop Technician are awesome. Even though, my truck was a bit late than I expected but they did a really great job. I will come back and refer their services again for sure.
