Here is my experience so far. I took my car there. He said he could not give a formal estimate until my appraiser came. He looked over the damage (hit flying debris on the freeway) which was surface damage to bumper and left quarter panel. He said "its going to be around $2,600". A friend at another shop that was not "Audi certified" gave me a similar quote (via pics by phone) and I went ahead with bhautobody (Beverly Hills Auto Body). So, I just got a call and he said he "made a mistake" and they need to blend in the doors and the hood to match paints. How do you make a mistake like that when blending adjacent parts is standard practice - especially for new high end cars? So now the cost is around $4,000 vs the $2,600 quote. I asked the fellow how long he had been doing this: 14 years. So, here we have the reason why body shops have the worst reputation of almost any industry: say what you need to in order to get the car in the shop as it is too much of a hassle to go pick the car up and go somewhere else. Will wait and see on quality of work but what a typical, scummy example of body shop operations.

I honestly love this bodyshop, theyre reliable and so professional with the cars, their customers and their work. Ive taken 2 of my cars here in the past 2 years and both times the car came back even better than the 1st day I purchased the car. When they take in your car, they explain everything, what they need to do, how long it will take to fix and they have an ON-SITE rental too! They basically have everything set for their customers :) i would recommend them to any and everyone really.

I always thought everything in Beverly Hills are pricey but this place is definitely not. They are surprisingly amazing prices and they do the most beautiful job there. Everyone is so well organize and very very clean compared to other places. The service is super fast. Thanks. I will recommend friends, families and coworkers to go there.

For craig and kyaha i think that its not the body shop that makes it difficult its the insurance companies that do depending on what insurance company youre dealing with what can i say about beverly hills auto body group yeah their expensive but the get the job done right and they have warranty on all repairs
