These Guys are Awesome!!! I had run something over and my bumper had become a little separated so i went to see my usual guys (right up the street from pristine also on fairfax) but they were really busy and quite honestly didnt want to bother with such a small repair, as i was leaving i spotted the "Pristine Automotive Inc." Sign and went to inquire about the repair. i was greeted by Archie who took time to take a look and then advise me to go to BMW to get the part. He looked up the part name to give it to me and told me how much it would cost and what dealership to go to. He told me he could order it for me but that it would be cheaper to go get it myself. Plus, he said when i did get it he would put it on for me FREE!! A couple of days passed and i went to get the part. When i returned to Pristine Archie remembered me and they got to work right away. while they were working on the car Archie noticed that my car had been keyed and had quite a few dings throughout the car (due to street parking). He offered to give me an estimate on repairing it and i agreed but really had no intention at the time of following through. He presented the estimate to me and explained how he would go about fixing the car. He informed me that my insurance would pay for it because it was vandalism. I explained to Archie that i hate dealing with insurance companies and going through that whole hassle. He assured me that once i filed my claim he would handle the rest. That night i filed my claim and the following morning Aram (from Pristine) met me at my work to pick the car up to start the repair process. furthermore, Archie had arranged the rental car company to pick me up after work to go and get my rental car. Plus every day someone from Pristine would call me to give me an update on the status of my car. When my Car was finished I cannot explain how AMAZING it looked!! Not only did they repair all of the scratches but they fixed every little ding and imperfection that had accumulated due to street parking over time. It completely blew my mind the amount of effort that the amazing and talented staff at Pristine took with my car. They had replaced my windshield wiper blades, replaced a cracked reflector on my bumper, had my car washed and detailed (inside and out). It really did look "Brand New" again. I picked up my car so happy but unfortunately not even an hour later While i was getting my haircut in Hollywood, someone backed into the front bumper. I was devastated!!! Coincidently Archie called me right then to check up and when i explained to him what had happened he told me to bring it back and they would "take care of it". i expected them to just touch it up maybe or buff it out... but, it is being repaired and repainted as we speak. My experience with Pristine Automotive inc. was unimaginable!! I have NEVER experienced a team like that of Pristine, everyone there is amazing, warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and just down right great at what they do. Hats off to Archie and Aram they really understand how to run a successful business as they treat everyone who comes in like a friend. you can really trust these guys and that is rare to find in Los Angeles.I am the kind of person who hates dealing with repair shops, mechanics and such but, these guys make the whole process as easy as it possibly can be. From the second you get out of your car someone is there to greet you with a smile, a handshake and a refreshing bottle of cold water. Pristine Automotive inc is now my one stop shop for all my auto needs and I recommend them to everyone. i am so grateful that i found them. Their slogan " Your Assurance of A Factory Look Finish" is completely accurate! Before i came to them my car had taken a beating due to the fact i park on the street but, now its like my car is brand new again and i am so proud of it. Archie even showed me where to get a great priced car cover to keep it looking its best. I will be a Loyal Customer for life!! My daughter Cherie is a struggling actress in Los Angeles, her car broke down outside the Warner Brothers Studio in the heavy rain at night. She call Aram from Pristine Auto the next morning and he offered to tow her car to see what was the problem. While this was going on, my daughter Cherie was getting a ride from her friend Marlena and her car rear ended another car in the rain. Cherie called me in New York and I told her to call Aram. Aram from Pristine showed up the crash site with two bottles of water for the girls and towed Marlenas car as well and gave the girls a ride to his shop. Talking about excellent customer service. Wow, where do we find people with this amazing customer service. When I ask him, why he was so nice and doing this and he said, I have a daughter too. All in all, Cheries car needed a new transmission, front bumper and Marlenas car was in really in bad shape and the Pristine Auto did an Excellent job and very reasonable priced to fix both cars. For all those aspiring actors in Los Angeles, with Car troubles please take your car to Pristine Auto, we highly recommend him. He did a fantastic job and he is also a very nice person. Thanks Pristine Auto for taking care of our daughter and her friend, we are 3,000 miles away and you looked out for them. Thanks again for great work. We will be back. I cannot speak highly enough about Archie and the whole gang at Pristine Auto. I took my car in for repairs after getting hit by 2 cars in a traffic accident. My 07 ended up coming out looking like a brand new 11. I was floored by the quality of the work and the attention to detail. While their work speaks for itself, I really need to point out what I found to be the finest attribute to the folks at Pristine: The customer service. The attention and treatment I received from them was second to none. I have been in Los Angeles for 4 years and I have never encountered a business as welcoming and accommodating as Pristine. From the detailed and frequent status updates from Archie himself to the friendly reception staff always with a cold bottle of water in hand for you. These people are great. I stumbled on to Pristine completely by accident and I have to say that it was the best chance encounter I have ever had. If you have major or minor repairs or just need routine maintenance, take your vehicle to these guys. You will not regret it.

Fast, Awesome People & Priceless!! Ive been very lucky I found this place. I needed my car to be repair right away to go on a trip. I just showed up there and they immediately took care of it and gave me a very good price. The people there are extremely nice. As soon as I get there, they offered my a bottle of water and while a was waiting, they gave me chocolates and even one of the guys, Archie, brought me a delicious Armenian pizza! I never thought people could be that nice. They also do oil changes and have discount brochures. I got mine! If my car ever need to be repair again, I definitively will go back there. They treat you with respect and make you feel very comfortable while you are waiting for your car. Very very recomendable. This place really deserves a good review. I give them a 10.
