I took a package i wanted mailed to Italy into this store. i explained to the girl that id never done so before and wasnt sure if i had all the right address info.. she wrote out the label, charged me just over 30.00 and took the package.. WEEKS later it comes back to my house. the box is beat all to hell and open at one end.. Someone IN ITALY wrote wrong address on it in italian and sent it back to the states the manager at AIM said oh theres no zip code, thats prob why it was returned...he also said I TRAIN MY PEOPLE TO ASK FOR A ZIP CODE... HE looked it up and had it in under two minutes. SHE DID NOT DO HER JOB AS EXPLAINED BY THE MANAGER. Who today handed my package back to me and ORDERED me out of the store for being upset about THEIR FAILURE TO DO THE JOB THEY are SUPPOSEDLY TRAINED TO DO. I am no longer welcome in that store... why? because i got upset over their refusal to DO THEIR JOB PROPERLY. this has now cost them TWO long term loyal repeat customers.. I have nothing nice to say about the manager or the girl.. the big guy Dave is ok in my book. but the store is bullshit

**Beware not to trust how these guys do business.** I had a print order for a tradeshow and ordered it several days in advance. They quoted me a price and I accepted. On the night before the tradeshow, when I went to pick up, I got an invoice with double the price. I said, "you quoted me half that." They said, "we made a mistake and quoted you for 1-sided, and its 2-sided." I didnt have time to compare prices elsewhere because of my deadline, so I had to pay double--which was a lot and messed up my budget. I could have got past that incident, but the next time my wife was in there mailing something, they said to her, "we need more good jobs like the one your husband brought to us, does he have any more?" I guess a good job for them is a bait and switch ripoff deal. The sad part is I live close to them and could bring a lot more business their way.

My go to fir everything. Staff is accommodating and very friendly. They dont even charge for Amazon returns of you have the return label!
