I couldnt choose zero stars or I Would. Spoke with multiple reps and some said to go to this locations while others said they attempted to call multiple times but no one picked up, while one rep even sent a message to the manager. Package arrived at this location at 1:57 am the day of my flight (I had ordered backpacks for trip) and I had called on Friday and Monday (12/14) to ask for package to be either delivered by 3 pm or I can pick up or suggest another solution. Every rep said they couldnt get a hold but would send a message to the location to hold so I can pick up myself because they couldnt guarantee delivery by 3pm, and I was fine with it. I called on 12/15 (day if my flight at 6 am, 8:30 am, went to the location at 9 am, called 10 am, then again at 2pm and lastly at 4pm) to locate my package and no luck. It kept saying delivery by end of day 12/15. At my last call at 4pm I escalated again (I had escalated 3 other times) and was told someone from the location will call me within 20 minutes to help coordinate because I had no bags for my trip and needed my backpacks. No one called me back so I ended up buying another bag. The latest update now says no delivery date available and one of the many reps I spoke with said it will probably be delivers tomorrow 12/16 when I half way across the world with a crapy bag I was forced to purchase to carry my clothes. I am so disappointed at FedEx and because I ship hardware device samples and parts at my job (Amazon), I will never use FedEx again and use the other two options (UPS and DHL) and will convince everyone I work with and can safely assume I am taking away about $70k worth of shipments every 3-6 months between the couple of hundred people I work with closely. I am frustrated at the lack of help and support I received even though in the two days I spent about 6 hours on calls and hold (longest hold was 47+ mns before I hung up). FedEx, you royally suck and have ruined my vacation.... This is by far the worst service I have ever received from any shipping company. Wednesday, I stay home all day waiting for a signed package. No attempt at delivery, yet im told that I wasnt available to sign. Okay, theyll redeliver on Thursday. Thursday, Im notified that they will not deliver today. Apparently I requested that it not be delivered today at all. This is not the case. They rescheduled to Friday. Friday, Im notified that its on a fedex truck and will be delivered. Two hours later, Im told that its been moved back to the fedex ground facility, awaiting for MY pickup... Okay fine, so I called fedex and am told the hours, 8:30AM - 7PM on weekdays. I show up at 6. They are closed. So now I have to wait until Monday, just to have the opportunity to drive to this godforsaken facility. Forty minutes away! And now I cant reverse this! This is ridiculous, and utter incompetence on their part. Im skeptical as to whether a fedex truck has even been to my house yet to deliver this.

Extremely poor customer service and I dont thing they deserve even single star. I called customer care and asked for the estimated window for the delivery and they gave me ~2hrs window (they did take my contact number). I took off from work and wait at home to collect the shipment (expensive item and need signature). I waited for the delivery through out the entire forenoon (3 hrs) and left home. The driver tried to deliver at 1:30 pm and left a notice. I again called customer care in the evening but they said they are not able to reach driver and the shipment will be delivered next day again some time window (imagine I need to take off next day again!!). note: Since the package is big I cant pick up. What a foolish procedure Fedex is following to frustrate a customer to extreme.

I have been waiting all day for my package. I was sitting on my couch with my front door open. And the drive never came to my house. He didnt leave a slip. Or my package. When I call FedEx they said they would have the driver come back or would call me back 15 minutes later to let me know what was going on with my package. 45 minutes later still no package and no call. So I call them back and FedEx told me my package was already back at warehouse and the driver was gone for the day!!! The package I was waiting for was a bed, that I needed since I just had back surgery. I am VERY MAD. THE DRIVER WAS LAZY AND NEVER CAME TO MY DOOR!!! I WILL NEVER USE FEDEX AGAIN. SO MUCH FOR PAYING EXTRA TO HAVE YOUR PACKAGE ON TIME!!!!!

The driver left my house before i could get the door knob opened, i called the 800 number 30 seconds after he left to ask him to turn around, they siad no he cant, i explained what happened they said he would come back at the end of the shift its 7 hours later no one came i would give them zero stars but i can only hit 1 star. The 800 support line says they cannot do anything because the local office is contractors not fed ex employee. Great more lousy contractors working in the USA. So here i am waiting 7 hours for a stupid package that should have been here and signed for at 9:30am, but the driver is more interested in driving then delivering packages.

Ive got door tag. I couldnt receive daytime so I called customer support and reschedule next day after 6pm. The next day(today), 7:30PM, nobody appeared, and tracking information turn into "Arrived at FedEx location". CS guy said to me yesterday "Yes, Taro. No worries! Rest assured that your package will be delivered after 6PM tomorrow". This is the FedEx user experience. Even such simple promise couldnt be kept.

I really hate them, they put my package for 5 days at local fedex center (SAN JOSE) and gave me different answer every time when i called them. Finally someone called me and said that they lost the delivery label on the package and they have to send the package back to sender. This is ridiculous, they had all the information about me. I waited for 15 days to get it and now i have to start from scratch.

Awful experience - I had to receive shipment with age confirmation. Call- center girl told me they could not deliver my shipment home, because I was not at home at working hours. Ok, she says they put my shipment on hold and sends me for it to East Tremble 696, which guess what? Doesnt work at non-working hours! She couldnt offer to move the shipment in some other office. Idiots!

The worst experience that I have ever had. They claimed that they delivered three times and the package needs a signature, so I didnt get the package. However I didnt even get a door tag or notification saying that the package needs signature, so I realized it until I started tracking online three days later, which is too late that they wont deliver again.
