Told it would be delivered between 1 to 4 PM. At 5:30 I called, and learned that it wouldnt be delivered until after 6:30 PM. So was very upset that someone hadnt called me to let me know that the 1 to 4 PM delivery window, for which I was to be at home, wasnt even being honored or respected! I did get a call at 5:30 PM advising me the delivery person was on their way from some distance away. To the credit of this service they offered a 50% discount for my delivery costs. they did a good job for our project in February but this 2nd job they just failed, drivers 1.5 hours late and blamed on the dispatch for sending him in w/out the required materials, which we provided clear instruction two days prior
