One star is more then they deserve. They are the most unhelpful people on earth. No boxes over the holidays - or holiday stamps. The employees are completely inconvenienced when you ask for assistance & they actually made up a story (lied) to try to appease me recently. I was trying to track a package I sent to Denmark and they actually pretended to track the package and told me it was still in route - OVER TWO MONTHS LATER! I know it doesnt take that long so I drove to the Monroe post office. The Monroe Post Master was incredibly helpful, the exact opposite of Sultan. The PM informed me the package actually reached Denmark a few days after it was sent. Thanks to the Sultan office I wasted so much unnecessary time trying to track down info & products. Just skip them & go somewhere else. Its completely futile because they simply do not care.
