It was my first time ever sending anything through Fedex. I understand that its a do-it-yourself/pack-it-yourself sort of thing, but the guy didnt give me any helpful advice or help. He recommended me to use a box that was clearly way too big, and after I grabbed tape to tape up my box, he tells me afterwards that I could have gotten a different one that was cheaper and that "Its too late now". Im sure this is mainly my fault, but the fact that the guy just sat there watching me and telling me things AFTER I messed up kinda ticked me off. Its my first time packaging and sending something, and a little bit more customer service wouldnt have hurt. Overall, it was a bad first experience. Hopefully next time will be better.

Beware of using Fed Ex delivery in Sunnyvale. We are refinancing and the first set of review docs to our street went to one of our neighbors. The second delivery went, not to our residence, but a business address on a completely different street with completely different street numbers a mile away from our residence. These were extremely sensitive documents that were misdelivered and now we have to try to get them back from the wrong recipient. Beware!!!

The attendant was very helpful and efficient. I was able to take my package away within minutes. Unfortunately, the store is a little far away from the main city. I was a little disappointed that I had to go so far just to get my package that had a delivery exception.

I was annoyed when I came here because FedEx tried to deliver a package to my apartment twice and left a notice on my door, instead of leaving the package with the leasing office. However, the guy working here was super nice and helpful and made me feel much better!

Honestly its been a while since Ive been here its changed a lot way nicer and theres new staff... But I loved how one of the employes took the time to help me, his name was galan sum hansom fellow helped me with the heavy package to my Car.....

This is the pickup spot if you miss delivery at home. The Google hours say open till 9pm - WRONG. I arrived at 8:05pm on a Tuesday to find the doors locked. Further, the guy inside shot me a dirty look when I knocked on the glass. Poor poor poor!

They ignored my request to leave the parcel at the doorstep and just took the package away back to their warehouse. Now I have to wait for hours to go pick it up at my own expense. What a lousy premium service.

Today I had to run to FedEx to pick up a missed package. Even though I was late the amazing staff let me in and helped me immediately. I really appreciate that.
