I live half a mile away from this FedEx office and I dont own a printer so I stop by this store frequently to print Word documents and pdfs. In the past 30 days I have been to this FedEx Office on 4 separate occasions to print a handful of documents. Every single time the lapnet station is not working so I am unable to self-print. Let me be clear -- its not a printer or user issue, its a connection issue. It wont even connect. Recently I stopped in to quickly print a few documents on my way to an appointment. Since I was in a hurry, I bypassed the lapnet station altogether (it never works anyway) and went directly to the counter. I told the man behind the counter I needed to borrow a flash drive to transfer a couple files from my computer to be printed. He scoffed and said he wasnt sure if he could find the flash drive or not. I asked him if he could look for it please. When he returned with it, I explained that the lapnet station seemed to be permanently broken, otherwise I would simply print what I needed myself. He made a comment about the problem probably being because I was using a mac (a bitter PC users jab?) and then told me that in the future they CANNOT print more than 5 documents for me (I was printing 5). Im not sure what his point was since I was only printing 5, but basically he capped their service - as if I was inconveniencing him by bringing my print job to a printing place. Last Thursday I stopped by to quickly print a few things and when the lapnet station wasnt working I asked the worker what my options were for printing documents stored on my computer - could I borrow their flash drive? I was told they "threw away the flash drive." However, I could purchase one for $14.00. HAHAHAHA youve got to be kidding me! So your lapnet station isnt working which means Im unable to self-print (as your big sign with the list of services touts) and you have no other alternative for full-service printing (as the list states as well)?? FedEx Office has effectively rendered themselves completely useless to me. Not only do they make it difficult/impossible to get what I need, but then they act like its my fault. A word to the franchise owner: If youre not going to provide services for people, you may want to consider softening the blow by teaching your employees to at least act like they care a little. If youre in need of quick self-prints or even full-service printing with common courtesy, I recommend you skip FedEx Office and invest in a printer. Its hardly worth the hassle and generally ends up being a waste of your time to set foot in this store. Not only will I not be returning to this location, but these recent visits have bumped FedEx Office as an entity to the top of my list of worthless businesses known for god-awful service and zero expertise. If anyone can recommend an alternative, Im all ears... society desperately needs a competitor that will put FedEx Office out of business once and for all.

I called this store in Campbell, CA. The Woman who answered the phone seem not to understand basic English. I repeated the Zip code 5 times to her, she repeated it back to me & told me it doesnt exist. I have the zip code displayed on Google maps in front of me to make sure. She asks for the City, I tell her Colorado Springs, Colorado. I repeat this to her 3 times, she asks me to spell the name of the city. ...!! Colorado Springs is the 2nd largest city in CO and she wants me to spell it. Look, I am an Immigrant to this country too but I learned the Language so people can understand me. This Indian Woman did not understand basic English. I asked for her Manager, she was not happy. Her manager when I complained told me to go to another Fedex store. I drove to a store that is over 5 miles away from me instead of the one next to my house (the Hamilton store). It took me over half an hour in Traffic. I was not happy This is NOT the first time I get lousy service from Fedex. The ONLY reason I ship with you is sometimes youre cheaper than UPS and the post office. I dont know why you hire people who clearly are clueless and are NOT well trained. It wastes my time having to deal with these people. Clearly you do NOT care about your customers because you dont do anything about this issue. Look, I wasted a lot of my time because of your Employees incompetence. I expect my shipping charges of $89.21 to be refunded to my Credit Card as a compensation for all I went through. Again, this is NOT the first or the second time I had this experience with Fedex. I sell on Ebay, Amazon and Craigslist and I ship a lot of things but my time should not be wasted almost every time I deal with Fedex because of the incompetence of some of your employees. Seriously, you should not be in business. You should go out of business. REALLY bad service.

I called to make sure they could do my work for me right then. I didnt want to have to leave it and come back later. I was told that, yes, they could do the work while I waited and to come on in. When I got there, I was simply told that it would take 2 hours to finish the work. I explained that I had called specifically to avoid having to wait, and was basically ignored. They said they would call when it was finished. 3 hours later, I called and was told the work was done. The employee said they tried calling and my number said it was disconnected or not in service. Problem was they did not bother to check the area code I wrote down. Then when the number did not work, they did not even check to see that they called the number I wrote down. The biggest problem with all of this? That they did not care one bit that they had caused these problems. No apology or anything. Bad customer service. I would not rely on these people to do important work for a business.

FedEx Kinko shops are everywhere and i dont see a point in writing reviews of chain stores, this FedEx service was so bad, that i thought it would be best to write a review and warn others about it. And i came to the Review section here and wish that i had seen it earlier. Looks like there have been quite a lot of disgruntled customers. I had gone there to take passport photographs. The person who took the photos didnt know how to operate it and when the photos did come out, they were exposed to too much light and hence were washed out. The person was nice enough to try it another time but when that time too the photos came washed out, his niceties disappeared. He became rude to the point of saying, thats how photos would come anywhere you go!". I had spend hours on getting a scan of those photos and putting them through photoshop to make them decent enough to use for some passport applications. Stay away from this FedEx. Use your camera at home instead.

Went to FedEx Kinkos on Hamilton in Campbell to pick up a package I had missed a couple days earlier. There was a small line forming, but he assistant manager Josh stepped in to help me. He was was polite and quick -- I was out the door in ~2 minutes. I was probably not the greatest customer... I had gone to a UPS distribution center to pick up some more packages, only to find out that they were not open on Saturday. Which sucks, because I missed my earlier package delivery to to the fact that I work during weekdays. And I was treated poorly by a UPS rep over the phone, but thats another story. Long story short -- If you need a package saved for weekend pick-up, this FedEx Kinkos location is great! And f*** UPS.
