Absolutely pathetic location, I had a packaged overnighted on Dec. 19th. I neeeded it to be delivered by Dec. 24th for Christmas. For whatever reason, they changed the delivery date to Dec. 27th. I called the 800 number and arranged to pick it up at this location. At 6:56AM it arrived there, but when I went to pick it up at 11AM, they COULD NOT GIVE IT ME, because it was not scanned yet. They didnt know where it was or when it would be scanned. I was told they close at 7PM, it may be scanned by then. Meanwhile every other customer was complaing, because they all went to pick their packages and were told they were on the truck!!!! And I still dont have my package, hopefully by 7PM, while theyll be packed after telling everyone to come back at 7PM. So much for overnighting something, its actually in the same building as I am, and still cant get, maybe not even until after Christmas!!!! Beyond frustrating!!! I understand Christmas season is busy, but when its pshycilally in your building, and you still cant do your one job which is to deliver packages, its UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

Very very poor service. I ordered a phone online and it was shipped with next day delivery instructions. On the first day, I was not at home and they left a note informing me that they tried to deliver and they would deliver again. It didnt say when the next delivery would be made. The note informed me that I could pick it up after 6 PM. So, I went the following day morning to collect it and they said my package is out for delivery again. I asked why I was not informed when the next attempt will be made, I was told by the Fedex agent, I can call the 1-800 number and figure that out. I was back early from my office and the second day and Fedex left a note that I can collect it from their office after 3 PM. One day it is 6 PM, next day it is 3PM, no information on when the next delivery will be made. I talked to the manager and he took my number and said he will get back to me. Overall Fedex service was very poor especially that you pay a lot for next day delivery.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I called and was being very nice saying hey I have been through all the processes and was actually at home on the days that you said your person came to my door and left a door tag (by the way all 3 days they said they were here there was NO door tag - got one from UPS... not FedEx) so either they are lying or their driver has no clue where my address is, not to mention my front office of my apartment complex takes in packages for us. They kept telling me I had to drive down to their location (more than 2 hours away from where I was at the time) to pick up the package. It took a long time and several minutes of speaking with force to get them to tell me that I could pick it up from my local location tomorrow morning. I am sorry but the drivers dont know what they are doing or are lying, and the customer service was beyond poor. Not once did I feel like I was helped... and THIS is why you use UPS.

I will give -1 if I could! For day 1, they said they left package at the front door and nothing is even there though I immediately went out looking for it. I called customer service, they said the station will call me back the next day, but no one called me at all. For the next day, I have another package to be delivered before 12pm, but it suddenly showed deliver exception. I have been waiting the whole morning given the experience on the previous day! No door tag is found either! When I called in, its the same answer of "the station will call you back". Such terrible service!!! FedEx definitely sucks, the other day I went to their Fremont office to ship a package. They had only one staff open despite the line has more than 20 people. By the time its my turn their computer suddenly got stuck and they spent another 15 minutes to reboot the computer...

San Jose Fed Ex is notoriously terrible. They just dont care. My package specifically stated no signature required. But they didnt leave it anyway. Most of the time, they never even bother coming. They just say it is undeliverable. There is a weird conspiriacy at the San Jose location. They are anti-customer. The website said 12;00pm then it switched to 10am at the last minute and said undeliverable. Its a joke. They dont even try. They dont care and when you get to the shipping center, they REALLY dont care. I had a package sit there for WEEKS once and it was just because of simple laziness. I go out of my way to request compaines I work with avoid Fed Ex at all costs. I wont use them myself. I have quit many delivery services over disputes with Fed Ex. They are not a reliable shipping company.

- Lost two of my packages. Tracking says delivered to addressee, no one knows where they are. After calling customer service multiple times over the phone, I was asked to contact the local office. Spoke to a lady who said shed call me back the next day. Of course, I received no such call. My packages are still lost and I cant shop online anymore. I requested that another package be held at this center so I can pick it up in person, received a call from Fedex to confirm it is being held. They sent it home instead, got to know this on route to the office. I guess they just cant get it right.

FEDEX Center San Jose sucks! First shipment was deemed "undeliverable" and taken home by the driver for a nice $400 Christmas dinner on us. The second attempt was guaranteed delivery by 10:30am. Here we are at 7:00pm and the office says that they have no drivers available to deliver it and if we dont drive the 45 minutes to come get it they will "destroy" that shipment as undeliverable also. Despicable service, despicable tactics, over priced services and no corporate ethics. I think they need to do a drug test on this facility...... Shame on you!

Literally watched one of their drivers skip my address and then mark my delivery as "unable to deliver." Given the circumstances of what occurred he was instructed to return and failed to do so. Drove to the ship center which had high wait times; I guess that happens when their drivers are failing to do their jobs. My package was brought out heavily damaged, even though it had a very large warning label to not transport if damaged (due to a lithium ion battery). I was required to sign an e-document that I was accepting a damaged package.

I got a door tag telling me my package is in the ship center. I drove here but they told me my package was delivered and signed by someone I have never heard of. I questioned them at the counter , they kept saying if I have any questions I should call them . This is ridiculous, they are asking me to call FedEx while I stand in front of FedEx. Based on this experience I will never never send a packgae using FedEx .
