Extremely poor customer service! San Mateo Location- Called 4 times, was put on hold all 4 times for over 3 minutes. Tried to schedule an appointment over the phone, but they told me they dont do appointments.....1st come 1st serve. However, you can schedule an appointment on thier website??? Im confused...... They gentleman told me they were booked for the day, when I called at 9:10am....they opened at 9am!?! Im in dyer need of a tire plug (simple repair) due to a screw stuck in my new tire (My family is trying to get back home in Fresno Ca); and when asked if he could please squeeze me in, I was told probably not. San Millbrae Location After dealing with the San Mateo location, I called thier San Millbrae location. They told be they had no appointments open until the 19th!?! Todays the 11th! I explained my dyer situation and he told me he could help me on the 19th. However, on thier website, you are able to schedule an appointment as soon as Monday the 12th!?! FORGET ABOUT IT! POOR SERVICE!

The costumer service person by the name Hugh is terrible, Before i came to the store to get the service, i make sure to call and ask, find out if the availability of tires i need and cost incurred is agreeable on both parties. Needless to say, i was in agreement with this CS-person Hugh.. and when i showed up with my Rims to have those tires mounted.. Hugh mentioned the tires are not meant for jaguars and their tires are not to meet the jaguars specifications. I mentioned that one of my jaguar was fitted with the same tires.. but ..no sir. I was denied after the troubles of calling and going to their shop. as i head home, I called South san francisco firestone and this gentleman Sammy apologetic and willing to sell the same tires.. I dont get it.. but what i know, is thats the last time im stepping in to that shop. and should warn the rest of my clan and friends in millbrae, san bruno and SSF..

I went to another Firestone in the Bay Area, and they took from open to close, just to overfill my van with oil. Since I couldnt bring it back and complain there, I took it to this one on my way home, hoping they could stand behind their chains work and remove a little oil with a vacuum pump and send me on my way a few minutes later. They said the only way they could fix it would be to completely drain the oil and refill it with new oil. And it would take several hours to fit me in, and get the oil they needed. I walked out, walked across to the street to OReillys and bought a vacuum pump and did it myself. This team needs to be better equipped, that tool only cost $70. Could have been one less 1-star review.

Service is terrible. It is not an American service at all. Owner (H. Allabadi) and personnell are not honest Prices are much higher than at other firestone stations One star is too much for the rating. Avoid this place if you can! -------------------- P.S. I am a Firestone customer for many years. My car was serviced at ~ 10 different Firesone stations in CA

I am a repeat customer with various cars. Oil changes, new tires, brakes,... pretty basic things. They always did an on time, decently priced job. Seems to be honest as well, never was sold anything I did not ask for. They are not too technical there, so do not expect some to diagnose your ECU.

Dont expect great customer service here. Theyre always understaffed and slow. Everytime I go in (even with an appointment) Id have to wait 10-15 minutes before anyone even says hi! Same thing with pick-up. Dont come here for quick service because thats not gonna happen.

Customer service is horrible. These folks need to be educated about what is customer service. Being rude is not one of them. And talking about personal business on a phone while a customer is standing there at the counter waiting is not it.

Was given an estimate of about $800+ for break job (all 4 wheels). Went 2 blocks away and was told only the front breaks needed to be done for $375. Then went to R & B Baker and got it done for $320.
