I had an above average experience right to the point of signing the paperwork, when everything was instantly turned into a horrific experience. I have two small children and my wife and I work off hours, I called in asking about a specific vehicle. I was very clear from the very beginning of what my needs were in order to purchase the car. I handled everything with my sales person over the phone and via text message. I was pressured a bit because "someone else" was also interested in the vehicle and going to be in to look at it... At first it was that night, then it was the next day... Due to the fact that I had already been approved by the finance department at terms that were acceptable to me, I decided that I would leave work a little early so I could make sure that I could get the vehicle in front of my wife so we could agree to buy it. We did. When I got back to the dealer to finish signing the paperwork they discovered that they did not put my trade in the computer when running the numbers. (however before I left the dealer with the vehicle to show my wife, I asked to confirm that the price included everything, including my negative trade equity, a well as taxes because I am a WA resident, and was confirmed). The end response from the dealership was simply "sorry" and that they didnt know what happened. Bottom line is I could not have been any more clear with what my needs were, and that I didnt have the time to waste sitting around the dealership for 4 our 5 hours crunching numbers. I did all the leg work up front to make this as easy as possible on both parties. In the end they did not honor the agreement we came to originally, I do not have a new car, they now have another person telling everyone he knows how horrible his experience was. While I understand that mistakes happen, this was more than just a mistake, this was an epic fail...

My first contact with Kuni was with Jarod Loux (internet client advisor) who responded promptly to my inquiry on a couple of cars shown on Craigslist. He was informative and polite, offering comments on the two cars I had inquired about. When I was ready to visit the lot and inspect the cars, he gave me the names of the sales managers to contact. Upon arrival at the lot I was greeted by Merry and after sharing my interest in the two cars, gave me a quick tour of each. I immediately preferred one in particular and after a pleasant demo ride, we discussed a "rough" deal at which time I opted to take some time to consider it overnight. No overnight high-pressure calls (this is a nice surprise in the used car world!), I returned to the lot next day with my wife and took another demo ride. Again, very professional handling by Merry. Tried to make the deal I wanted but chose to take a lunch break to reconsider their offer. Returned and put a deal together. After the parade of paperwork and meeting with Jeff (in finance) we were on our way home with the car. No last minute surprises - no pressure during the process...just the way you would want your deal to go. Should you decide to work with these people, you will most likely be pleasantly surprised.

There were great online. Responsive and helpful. When I got there things changed. I had an appointment scheduled to meet with the sales manager and test drive the car I was interested in. I was driving 40 minutes each way to see this car and had already told them I lived far prior to the visit. When I arrived the car was in the shop out back and not running. They were not helpful at all and basically just told me I could go look at it but that was it. We didnt go over any financing information as I was told we would and they basically said "Sorry you cant drive it. Call us on Monday." and I was sent on my way. I wouldnt be upset about this if they had at least given me a phone call prior to me driving 40 minutes to come see this car during a pre scheduled time. Instead I wasted about 2 hours of my day and all I learned was that this car did not appear to be in as good of shape as advertised. Needless to say, I will not be heading back to Kuni Auto Center. Poor customer service at a car dealership is pretty much a death sentence in my book when there are hundreds within a 10 mile radius to choose from.

We worked with Merry who went really above and beyond for my little family. Just over a year ago we purchased a vehicle in Texas that we got royally screwed on... and we needed to get out from under the debt of that purchase. So last week we were contacted by Merry and she asked if we still wanted to sell the car, which we did, but we needed to buy a vehicle first. I was so tired of going and sitting in the dealerships for hours and hours just to have to come back every day for four days just to trade in a car... and Merry made sure I wouldnt have to do that. She called me with updates and got basically the entire process done by phone. It was amazing. The whole dealership was amazing! They were very patient with my two toddlers and gave us a fantastic deal on a fantastic used car, and I was so relaxed the entire time. Not once did I have to worry if I was making the right decision because the whole staff was very forthcoming with all the details of the contract and vehicle. So happy and pleased!!

Went here last Friday on a whim; a coworker kept telling me that in getting a newer car I just had to keep trying and going to dealerships, that someone eventually was going to find me a deal I could work with. I came in last Friday with absolutely no optimism; it was my second time actually going to a dealer, and knowing I had absolutely zero to put down as a first payment, so I really didnt think I was going to drive off the lot in a new car. But thats exactly what happened; I got there about noon, and left at about 1:30 to go home and sleep as I was off my graveyard shift, and requested that the sales manager call me in case anything comes up. Lo and behold two hours later when I was actually at the winco nearby, I get a call saying a 0-down deal was ready for me. So I returned, found myself an insurance policy and was able to drive off the lot in a 2012 Camry and have loved every drive since. Big thanks to Briana and the sales manager who both oversaw my transaction with the dealership

We have been researching upgrading our PT Cruiser to something much more reliable and comfortable to drive. Almost every search for the vehicle we want came up with a link to Kuni Auto Center. We compared them all and kept putting Kuni Auto Center on the top of the list. We filled out the on-line information and were quickly contacted by Jeneva who had set an appointment for us with the Sales Manager Cedric. We headed to Kuni later in the afternoon and were instantly greeted by a Sales Manger that informed us Cedric was with a client and he would be happy to assist us. We informed him of the vehicle we were looking for and he lead us to the car that was already parked by the front door, turned on and ready to be taken for a test drive. After a short negotiation process, we signed the papers and drove home in the car of our choice. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to visit the Team over at Kuni Auto Center. They will treat you right.
