Took my MINI to Jeremy at Matrix after my thermostat housing leaked. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and got me back on the road in a couple days after we were able to track down a replacement since the MINI dealer did not have any in stock. Even took me to my work after I had dropped it off and picked me when it was finished. Very satisfied with the customer service and quality of work. Will definitely be going back when my MINI needs additional service.

Matrix Integrated is the only place I would trust to take my German vehicles for major mechanical work and service. The mechanics are experienced and top-notch including a veteran BMW master technician. Dealer service departments could learn a thing or two from these guys. Clean, smart, friendly, and professional. They seem to take pride in what they do and it shows in their work.

Time to value, better head straight to the dealer. Cant generalize but perhaps Porsche is not their expertise, ended up going to the Porsche dealer after having the car service for a 2+ hour oil change
