What a thoroughly unprofessional and rude staff! My friend and I bought groupons for this place. Made an appointment for two manis and pedis. We showed up 5 minutes before our appointment and were asked to wait. We waited for 45 minutes and were still not seated at the chairs. So, we asked to speak to the owner. We were told that the owner wasnt there. After a few more minutes of waiting, we approached them again, only to be told that we can leave. The lady literally waved her hand at me in a "go away" kind of motion. This is how they treat a customer?! I was flabbergasted and how insulting their behavior was! I would stay away from this place! Thankfully groupon was nice about it and let us return our coupons. But we still wasted an hour and were insulted. Nothing can make up for that!

I was in a hurry to go to the airport and yet needed a haircut before leaving. Just came across this place by pure chance and lady offered me the most reassuring smile I ever got. Not only she did a wonderful job, but exceeded my expectations. Perfect and will come back again and again. And again.
