Ive been a customer with this store for more than 12 years, although sometimes they did this or that thing not so great, but over all they did fine job with my car. But this time these guys did something really over the edge. I went into the store told them I need to replace my rear tires. The guy, Michael, who went to look at my car came back to me insisted I need to change all 4 tires. I told him the front tires actually only 2 years old, and I did not drive too much in the past 9 months b/c I had a car accident, so I think those two tires are good enough for a while. But he kept telling me that I need to buy 4 new tires even I also talked to they store manager. After I went back from coffee, I found they changed my front tires which were good ones, but left the almost dead tires(rear ones I told them to replace) still on the car. And they told me its misunderstanding. I asked the store manager to check when I had the front tires changed last time, he said 2014, and those tires millage are about 30K now. And he said the reason they changed my front tires b/c of a safety issue, they were doing that b/c of considering my safety. (Excuse me, you guys left the dead tires on the car b/c you are considering my safety.....) Then I said, if the front tires are need to be replaced, they should be covered under warranty? Then he said: " oh, these tires have problem b/c of alignment." I told him when I replace the tires last time, I also had alignment done at same time. Then he said:" 30K millage in two years is unreasonable". Im speechless now......

I rented a car and thought that my roadside service would assist me. When I discovered I had a flat, my insurance company left me stranded for hours, charged me for a service that I never received and accused of something that didnt even occur. I was hours from home and very upset. Pete at Wheel Works changed the tire and assisted me immediately. He even checked the car and assured me that I would be able to get home safely. He went above and beyond while showing kindness and compassion. I am extremely grateful. I highly recommend Wheel Works.

Wheels Works lures people in by giving free rotations. Everytime I go to have my tires rotated they tell me I need something done to my car; brakes, shocks, belts. I decline their expensive repair estimate and go to my mechanic. He tells me I have over 50% on my brakes and shocks, belts are fine. Dont trust them. They sold me tires with 80K warranty. The tires only lasted 50K. They said they can only give me discount on new tires. If I buy 80K warranty tires, they should last for 80K. I repeat dont trust them.

This shop is a complete screw you over shop. They lie to get you to buy tires and refuse to service you afterwards even if you have warranty. They will tell you to buy more warranties for flat tire in the end they will not even fix a hole with a small nail. BE VERY MUCH AWARE. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO ANY SHOP THAT HAS SUCH AWEFUL SERVICE. IN REALITY IS NO SERVICE AT ALL. THEY WILL JUST TELL YOU TO BUY NEW TIRES.

Ive shopped at Wheel Works since the mid 1990s. Theyre honest and do good work. The employees are friendly and helpful. WW is a chain, so you can get tune-ups, alignments, and balancing, and repairs almost anywhere.

Made an appointment 1 day early for oil change and when I got there they said you can come pick your car up after 3 hours. Whats the point of making an appointment?

Though fire -stone tires were rather costly, theyre sturdy. (My family member who replaced tires there, is busy & lazy. Thats why I myself wrote this)

Oil change took an hour. Came in with appointment. I couldve gone to Wal-Mart and waited the same amount of time for way less.
