My daughter attends SJSU. On Dec. 14, 2011, she was involved in an unfortunate accident on her way to school to take another final when the other vehicle decided to make a right turn and take her and her car with him. Although it sounds funny now it wasnt at 8:40 in the morning when she is almost 400 miles away from home hysterical crying. Thank God is wasnt more serious but she had never dealt with a situation such as this on her own. I had her call AAA as I called my insurance agent. It was too early for him so I called the helpline to no avail as she had to call herself (eventually) she did get through. The tow truck driver brought her to Progressive "OUR LUCKY DAY". In the meantime my agent called and said it was not in their circle of dependabilty shops, IT SHOULD BE! George was the first person she had apparently had direct contact with and he was very calming. In the meantime Im frantic down south trying to interact with my agent of over 20yrs. and not really sure if my daughter was really ok and/or what was going on. SInce it was the holiday season and most people were in apparent holiday mode our insurance company could not get to even assess the damage for 6 days however if we had it a one of the shops in the insurance circle it would be sooner. In comes George to discuss a rental car (included) and reassurance to my daughter that everything would be ok. He was her GUARDIAN ANGEL. Thank you again George, I can never say it enough. The car was now considered totalled by the claims person. It took 2-3 days before I was contacted by the adjuster cause as we know everyone does something else and no one knows anything.....lol. George reassured us that he could fix the car as good it was at the time of the accident. We discussed it and George did an estimate and worked with us every step of the way. Mark and Samantha are fantastic too. PROGRESSIVE is a very trustworthy, honest shop with real people. Thank you! Anyone in need of repairs for whatever the reason this is the place to go.............. Diane

These guys are AMAZING. I was rear ended Feb 13th, and needless to say my little 2000 Celica was in pretty bad shape. I have never been in any kind of accident before and besides calling my insurance company, I was at a loss of what to do. Unfortunately I made the mistake of going to someone else first. HORRIBLE experience, I have no idea how AAA could even suggest them. Already dealing with pain and frustration I was not looking forward to dealing with an unprofessional body shop. After taking 5 days to get back to me, I had enough. I yelped a couple of other shops from AAA and was pleased to see the oustanding ratings Progressive Collision had. My mind was set, I immediately moved my car from the first shop to Progressive. Fernando, you are wonderful. I quickly received a call that my car had made it to PCR and was informed of what I needed to do BEFORE they would even start to pull my car apart for an estimate. (The first shop tried putting me on a guilt trip and said they had already order parts, I hadnt even approved of the repair yet. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS) He even asked if I needed a rental and that he could set one up for me. When I got down there to sign paperwork Fernando was very reassuring and took his time to explain the process and settle down my fears/concerns that the other shop had caused. Thank you thank you thank you Fernando. I received the same timely professionalism through the entire process. They extended my rental car for me, kept me up to date on my cars status, finished my car early, detailed my car after it was finished and I was able to return my rental car with them. They even offered to paint my spoiler and hood scoop for a small fee. (the clear coat had peeled off, and was not a part involved in my accident). I couldnt be happier with how everything turned out. My car looks better now than before the accident. George, Fernando, and all the guys at Progressive Collision, YOU FREAKN ROCK!!!! totally recommended and would definitely return again. THANK YOU

I travel a bit on business. I asked my daughter NOT to use my Prius while I was gone. Well she did and she fessed up. Yep, she was in an accident. When she picked me up (in her car) from the airport and took me to my new BFFs at Progressive Collision and I asked them where my car was, they said "you walked right past it. . ." and TRULY I thought they were mistaken. I insisted the Prius I walked by was a much newer model, mine is an old 2004 beat up one. You know the rest of the story, the one that I thought was a brand new model was MY NEW PRIUS! I was never so happy that my daughter drove my car to save on gas while I was gone and had a (no one got hurt) accident in my life. My 2004 Prius body looks LIKE NEW! Now, if I could only get the inside to match the great new body looks I would be set! PLUS these guys are very cool to work with!!! I could NOT recommend them more highly! Sandi

The best body shop experience period. No other body shop I have been to compares! The customer service is incredible! got there, Told me exactly what they were going to do and how long it would take. They have rental cars on property! Its a one stop shop! Very polite and professional! The work is PERFECT! I own a bmw and am very picky about they way it looks. I didnt have to say anything about the work because it was perfect! Thank you progressive collision!

The staff and the owner were very friendly, down to earth yet professional! They helped us understand the whole process with our dent. Once we agreed to the process, they took us step by step. They delivered the car washed and all set to go. It was almost new. I would recommend to go and use their services. I feel these people are honest and not in the business just for money but to do the best of what they know.

After the repair 2 of my air fresheners and my Kindle reader were gone, Rudy Solorio was rude and refuse to investigate further, kept saying "its common sense not to leave them in the car", "we wouldnt touch things in the car", its ok that you cant find them if you nicely tell me youve asked everyone who has processed my car and they didnt see it, but its Rudys indifferent attitude makes me highly uncomfortable.

Its a great bodyshop really friendly and helpfull today i picked up my 2013 honda accord it looks brand new like nothing ever happend to it there really professionals they would keep me updated along the way they even wash my car if anything this is the place were i would come back to
