We moved to Monrovia from out of state in July and searched for gyms for about a week, adamantly! After visiting about 8 gyms, we decided on Foothill and are very happy with our choice so far. The deciding factors for our decision were, the physical location (we live above Old Town and the area is adorable), the huge variety of machines and benches, parking, the low price and the friendly staff. We have joined fancy athletic clubs in the past that didnt have many options and were triple the price. You always feel welcomed here and everyone is there for the same reason. We have gone about 5 times a week for the past six weeks and really enjoy it. Thank you Foothill Gym!

This place is very nice, small facility but thats okay. The crowd is very diverse; I never feel like people are judging me here. I havent taken any classes yet, but I hear theyre awesome. When I signed up the front desk staff seemed rushed to help me and didnt really show me around or tell me what was offered. I wish he had paid more attention to me since Im a new customer and wasnt sure where everything was. Overall, very nice facility-- Im glad I found this place.

This local gym has just about everything packed into it. The have a wide variety of classes offered at no up charge, although more early morning classes would help, keep the place clean and organized. I cancelled my chain gym membership to join here and it was a great decision.

The trainers are there to help and have been happy to answer my questions. I have found that the members have all been friendly too. This is a working gym so get your focus on! Also, I like that it is family run and not a franchise. I have been very happy with my experience.

Great class selection. largely new always reliable cardio and weight machines. never too busy to get a work out in. Easy parking or a quick walk if you live in Monrovia. Oh yeah and value? Can I say incredible value?

Health insurance covers fees, but not very expensive to join. No contract. Great senior exercise classes, yoga, and great equipment.
