Place is brand new which is nice and some of the staff are also new and they are nice but there at least a few employres here that obviously hate there job and treat patrons like garbage. It is in El Monte so a lot of the patrons are jerks as well. If you go here it shouldnt be a big problem but I would suggest a better location like Alhambra.

Brand new gym in North El Monte across the street from the Honda dealership. Everything feels and smells new and the crowds havent been to bad so far. It is a little smaller than im used to for a gym, but it has mostly everything you need if you are looking to get in shape.

The gym is clean and although is not that big of a place theres plenty of equipment to use, it can get crowded sometimes but it doesnt interfere with your working out. Probably the only thing that I dont like is some associates they dont have a positive attitude.

Looks like its ready to go in the next week or so, its in a great location (for me). Located in the old failed Staples location behind Jamba juice and Dennys.

Was signed up 2 years ago at the La Puente location, now they opened it in my city now I come here more often. Staff are friendly and place is clean

Very friendly and heavy-friendly environment. Most other gyms dont have inviting atmospheres for heavyset people. The price is amazing!
