It was an okay experience. Wont go back to this location though even though its a few blocks away from my place. Staff was okay. Dont know why you need 3 to 4 people to operate signing in people when other PF locations only have 1 or 2. This location is small, so the quantity of machines is very minimal. The people here are gross too. Only 2 people the entire time I was there wiped down their machines. Others left them all sweaty. Disgusting. These machines are newer, so the padding on them is extremely uncomfortable and painful. Overall, Ill stick to the PFs that have well over 4 star reviews.

Cant say enough good things about this location. The judgement free zone really is what it advertises. I have a black card membership and can use the tanning and toning machines, the hydromassage tables, the massage chairs, and even take a guest with me to workout without any additional charge. The staff are also helpful. I didnt know where most things were at first and they are nice and helpful. They showed me where machines were and are available to answer any questions.

I like that its always clean. I dont know if its because of the time I go but its always very clean. Although they say they dont allow tank tops and other things....you see a lot of girls wearing little booty shorts and sports bra with a tank top that barely covers anything. But yet they tell the men stuff about what they wear and "show." Hmmm. Also, the parking lot doesnt seem very safe to me. Its dark and sketchy.

The parking sucks. Youre either very close to the entrance or very far which isnt safe for late night work outs. The staff arent necessarily rude but they are definitely NOT friendly. No hello how are you when you arrive and no have a good night when you leave. 24 hour has that for sure. I like the equipment but some machines there is only one of so you have to wait until a person is done.

Needs more equipment, there is usually a wait time for all after 6:00 p.m. Some of the female staff members are rude. As an experienced customer service rep. you should ALWAYS make the customer feel welcomed and that is not the vibe I get from this gym. Either get more equipment or change your staff members to professional customer service reps with experience

Its awesome because of the price but they dont let you bring in your own equipment or backpack which is kinda ridiculous sucks because they dont have some much vartions of free handed equipment ethier afternoon is really pack so not a good time to go most machines will be used during that time however it is open 24 hours and price is unbeatable

The one thing i think this gym needs are stickers on every machine that says "Please wipe down equipment after each use." Nothing is worse then seeing sweaty people not wipe down the machine after they use it. Others then that I like the this gym. 5 stars if the sticker thing happens.

This is a pretty straight forward gym, i just hate the fact that whenever i go to use the equipment, there always someone on there phone just hanging out on the equipment, not even using it. And they should throw a scale in the mens lockerooms. Just makes sense for a gym to have it.

Its OK but theres to many people sometimes and not enough machines..and for the black card you would think you would get more stuff but no its just a couple things you get....there needs to be a pool and etc a damn steam room would be better...come on planet fitness...step up

Little equipment but the staff is one of the rudest Ive ever cam across. The female staff dont make it a friendly environment. Whenever someone enters they look like they get upset that they have to stop talking to other workers so they can sign the customer in

Super friendly staff. Shout out to Michael he was super helpful and gave me and my boyfriend the grand tour with ample information on each section and the benefits. Very clean facility and well kept. Ready to start my membership!

Brand new place. Its pretty nice. I wish they had better water fountains and a little more features that some other PF gyms have. PF Buena Park is just a little nicer than this one.

Excellent gym and clean gym at all times, just couple minor things that need immidiate attention: 1. Ripped arm pads on resistance lines 2. No curl bars for cables (there was 2)

Didnt appreciate the 39.00 membership fee that comes up annually and I also dont like the fact that they want to charge you to cancel your membership.

Best time to go is in the evening after 10pm or middle of the day. Love all the machines this place has to offer. Always clean when Im here.
