Ok, I never imagined an auto body place could be this great. It is clean and well lit, there is lots of staff in the office, one of them jumped up to help me the second I showed up (and others did the same for people who came in after me) they were friendly, helpful, fast) now I must admit I havent yet seen their work, I was just in for an estimate, but I have never been this impressed by any company that deals with cars.

Great shop near Lake Merritt BART! First off their shop was well-taken care of and clean which made a great first impression and made me feel comfortable leaving my car there. The service was prompt, the staff professional and courteous. The best part was the work done was excellent and turned out great. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a body shop in Oakland.

I would not recommend this place to others. Sloppy work, high prices and horrible service. They charge extra 2000 than most places would for most repairs
