I visited The Last Tangle for a cut and highlights yesterday. Brenda did a horrible botch job on the color. The front was blonde and the back was orange. Although she was trying to convince me it looked good, I had her attempt to recolor it. Now it looks even worse! The cut oh my! The layers arent even, they are very choppy, and absolutely awful. The color gave me 5 inch roots and she said it would look "more natural" than highlights to the base of the roots. After 5 hours in her chair i left and am now trying to find a stylist who can fix this mess! I cried it was so horrible. I have been to this salon before to see Cynthia, who did an AMAZING JOB, but not all stylists at the same salon are equal... Brenda talked about all her experience, but based on the look of my hair, she has NO idea what shes doing. Watch out! There are 2 Brendas at this location... ask for Cynthia if shes still there. Brenda Foisy is unprofessional, the Worst stylist, "Self Centered", & "Narcissistic"! When I arrived for an appointment she ran out telling me she has someone else in the chair & to return in an hour. I returned & she again told me to come back in an hour. Both times she refused to allow me to wait inside the salon. Turns out she "bumped" me for preferred clients. She never showed any concern, nor did she offer me any compensation for my inconvenience & her unprofessional behavior. Then there was the time I showed up for my appointment only to be told she was having work done & unavailable. Did not realize what a poor job she had done on my hair until I had someone else cut my hair. Dont waste your $$$ or time with her.

I showed the stylist a picture of how I wanted my hair and told her also my hair came out looking nothing like it. I had blonde in my hair already so she left it alone and tried to match the highlights with what I had which didnt work. So now I have 2 different blondes in my hair not to mention the blonde she put doesnt look blonde it looks orange. I did purchase a groupon but that shouldnt change the quality of the work or the outcome of my hair.Very disappointed my hair didnt come out the way I wanted it to definitely wont be going back.

Called to make an appointment after purchasing a Groupon for haircut, full color, and style, and they were able to fit me in the same day. Jolie did an AMAZING job. She was able to perfectly match the color I came in with, as well as trim my hair, and style it exactly the way I like it. This is a super quaint, fun salon that offers a variety of services from color, highlights, massages, brows, and eyelashes. Its definitely a one stop shop, and their prices are very affordable. I would definitely recommend stopping by.

You have to ask for Cynthia! I love my hair after she got done with it, l left so happy! She worked perfectly with me and the salon in general was amazing! There is no doubt I will be going back to her. I got highlights and a cut. Make an appointment they can get busy, with an appointment they didnt have me waiting at all it looked busy and they even got me in early. (:

horrible and way too expensive, got a weave took forever and my hair looked striped, horrible never recommend this place!
