Jessica is a treasure! I came to The Shop with my son, who is one of their regular customers. My regular stylist in Novato was booked up and I really needed a cut. Jessica is an extremely talented treasure. She gave me a short hair cut that was exactly right -- scissored and clipped to perfection! I hate to say this and thats why my log on name is my nickname that few people know, including my old stylist, but The Shop now has my business. A wonderful atmosphere where everyone is very friendly. As long as theyre in business, I wont be going anywhere else. My son and I both live in Novato and The Shop is well worth the trip up to Petaluma!

They took my hair from hot mess to blonde bombshell. They educated me on the products necessary to maintain my new look and took the 4 hours necessary to phase the boxed red dye out. No appts?! Just walk-in! This trendy shop also has lots of male and female eye-candy to keep you entertained as well as the typical magazine collection.

Watched a guy write a bad review while waiting for a hair cut. I had a long wait for a hair cut as well. Not sure what this place is doing they dont care about new clients. The shop was highly recommended. I and at least one other person will bot be back.

Went there for the first time couple days ago, I will definitely keeping coming to this place. I had the best experience. The staff was awesome and friendly. The only negative thing I could say was the wait, next time I will be making an appointment.

I recently recieved a hair cut from Peggy Sue. Shes amazing and i absolutely love her vibes. Great energy and will be coming back for my hair cuts. Give this place a try first. Every other place looks kinda shady.. The Shop love you !!

Their color work is second to none and their prices cant be beat. The atmosphere is very stylish and the staff is very knowledgeable and kind. I feel like a princess every time I leave here
