Just got kicked out of thePost Office at 5:05 PM by a rude clerk who informed me and the woman in front of me that the place had closed five minutes earlier and we werent going to be served. She did this in a hostile manner. Normally, shes busy gossiping to customers and wasting our time. The thing is both of us had been in line for more than 5 minutes. Cant the post office figure out a way to handle its nightly closing? Maybe put a rope up behind the last customer with a sign that says SORRY, CLOSED. But what can you expect from one of the worst run post offices on the West Coast?

First of all, whoever tried to deliver my package obviously didnt knock because there were people AT HOME when the redelivery slip says they tried to deliver it. A package that did NOT need to be signed for, and he/she wrote the WRONG tracking number on the slip. I called the 800 # and they couldnt find my package even with the correct tracking number (which was only slightly off). They told me to call this post office. Thing is, THEY WONT ANSWER THE PHONE. Its been A MONTH, I do not have the time to go and get this package, Im going have to make time to try and go get it.

Poor service is what happens when your job is guaranteed. There are about 4 or 5 postal workers I have seen at the counter. Most of these entitled workers are surly and...resentful (seems to be the word). I would probably act the same way if I was in their position. Why not? Theres very little accountability. I can say this because no change in attitude in the last 8 years that Ive been going there (only when I have to). Even when the recession hit in 2009. When employees behave like this in the real world they are let go.

Folks here are very curious and helpful. I also like their quick service and excellent prices on shipping parcels! I compared prices between UPS, Fed Ex, and USPS, and regardless of the weight or destination zip, USPS came out several dollars cheaper than the other guys, AND I love that I can track my shipments with the greatest of ease! Good job USPS, and keep it up!!

I Will Definitely Never use that Post Office! They act like they cant get fired and the Asian man wrote the package for the wrong time and certainly changed me the wrong amount. No wonder that the post office is going bye bye.. See ya!

SLOW. Go down the street to the mail depot instead. There is one man who has been working here at least 15 years who is absolutely horrible. Seriously it will take less time to drive across town to the other post office.

This place is so cool on the outside, but there is no stamp machine, the staff can either be really helpful or really, really not helpful depending on who you get. I go to the Penngrove PO even though I live in Petaluma.

Called customer service and was rude! Yelled at me and told me i have to get off when i have question about package that went missing. Nothing helped any further.
