I needed special postage for square envelope birth announcements and the clerk said a regular stamp would be fine. I bought the stamps and put them in the mail drop at the store. When I got home, I looked up square envelope postage and it is more than a regular stamp because it must be handled by a person, not a machine. Im frustrated because I knew I needed additional postage and the clerk talked me out of it. Now, all the announcements will be coming back to my home. Ill have to get new envelopes, address them, and pay more for the correct postage. I have always had great service at this store but this was a bad experience.

I love this place! When I have to send something either UPS, USPS, or FedEx, these folks do it all for me. Every time Ive gone in, the staff was very friendly. My husband said the same thing when he dropped off a package for me. They also have cute gadgets and small gift ideas, as well as the office supply necessities. Great shop and its close by!

Been in line 20 minutes so far...Saturday during Christmas season....seems like a good time for 2 staff......6 people have walked out so far...I would but Ive in invested too much time.
