I wish I could avoid ever having anything shipped to me via UPS. The folks working at this customer center are friendly and professional (as are their drivers), but the company as a whole is frustrating to deal with because of its own policies. Especially over the phone. They only deliver during working hours, they are too snobby to deliver on Saturdays (without a fee) when people can be home, and if you call them to try and save both them and you the trouble of their driver wasting their time and resources repeatedly missing deliveries by taking it to one of their stores (that they obviously frequent) they will charge you. Further still, there is somehow a 26+ hour delay in a hold request. If your package has a failed delivery, and you call immediately after while the truck is still out, for some reason they cant hold the package when it returns to the sorting facility. It still has to go out on the truck again the next day, THEN they can re-sort it to stay at their facility the next day. This was painfully explained to me over the phone. Basically they hold your package hostage and then threaten to return it unless you drive to their sorting facility to pick it up (after at least 3 failed delivery attempts, because if you ask them to just hold it there early they will charge you). This is especially non-nonsensical with overnight delivery packages. Sure they can get it close overnight, but if you dont want to pay more to help them do their job they will hold it hostage for 3 business days of wasting gas, and it will be available for further gas wasting on the 4th business day. Neither of the other two major US shippers have these problems. What can Brown do for you? Waste your time.

Terrible services. We need stuff to do our client decoration. Usp said delivery on 7/1 by end of the day. Then when I call in Ups customer services center they told me I can go pick up myself so you dont have to wait by end of the day. The next day calling on the website its said wait for hold to pick up. The customer name Rasche - QCCLrmp said my stuff not arrived yet and the USP center is closed. Im so upset then dont you tell us that. You tell us one thing and when call in next time is different thing. DO NOT SENT YOUR STUFF FROM UPS. THE STAFF DOESNT KNOW WHAT GOING ON...THANK YOU FOR RUIN MY DAY. SUPPER BADDDDD COMPANY TO USING TO DELIVERY STUFF.... FROM NOW ON ONLY USE USPS

I wasnt at home when UPS tried to delivered a package, they said they will come next day. So, I stayed at home the next day. I was next to my window waiting, I didnt hear anything, around 11:15 when I went to check my door I realized they came 15 min ago!!! How is that possible? I called and they told me the driver will come again but they dont know around what hour ! So I have to wait the entire day if is necessary? like if there is nothing more that I have to do with my time. UPS if you tell to the people around what time you will deliver their packages you will save many inconveniences.

Horrible customer service!!!! These people barely speak English. You end up repeating yourself 10 times. They still give you misleading information or try to sound like they are giving you the correct answer. You waste your time picking up your package when in reality the driver who missed you at home to leave your package... he/she never arrived to yhe facility.... just an an hour before closing the. Incompetents!!

Zero isnt an option unfortunately. These people have no idea what customer service means or how to follow simple instructions. If you have the option avoid using them at all costs. I payed $75 for next day shipping and now it is 3 business days and 2 delivery attempts later where they didnt try to call or leave the package as they insisted they would. Never again will I use their terrible service.

I was an employee her for a couple of months... I enjoyed working here when I first started but then I started to get sexually harassed but other workers and one of the supervisors was very negative. The day after I went to the big boss and complained I was fired. Nobody cared about anything that was bothering me and my job.... Ups is a great job but the people are horrible

Told me I could pickup a package between 7:30 and 8pm. Got there and was told the package would be theyre at 8:30. Got told at 8:30 that I couldnt get my package until monday. Then I was blamed for requesting pickup too late. Ok, then why didnt you tell me that before I came to pick it up? Why didnt you tell me that when I for there instead of having me wait an hour?

Very friendly, courteous service. If youre mail was redirected to the Customer Center they will look for it in a different place than if you have it shipped there direct. Let them know which one it is. I use them because there is too much package theft in our neighborhood and this is secure with lots of parking available except during the holidays.

We live on a busy street and this is how UPS delivered my new computer... a day earlier than I was expecting. I did get a notification on my phone but I almost missed it so I turned around and went home to see if it was really there. Yep, in plain sight, could have put it behind the red chair, I was lucky it was still there...

Very helpful staff! Came by at 9 am on a Monday morning. No wait. Hadnt printed a shipping label yet, and couldnt get my UPS username to work. Very helpful customer service guy (or he could have been a driver on his way out to deliveries, who knows!) helped me log in. In and out in under 10 minutes.

The employees at this UPS work hard, but the wait times can be long. The last time I was here, I waited about 20 minutes for service and the line was only 5 people long. Its a convenient location, however, as the other closest locations are in W Seattle and Burien in heavy traffic areas.

Driver kept package on truck for two days instead of taking it to the customer center on Thursday like we requested then he the driver decided to take it to the customer center at midnight on Friday night so we cant pick it up until Monday. Thanks for ruining a birthday party.

Got a slip saying they tried to drop my package off! Nope they sure didnt...i got no knock or nothing so NO YOU DIDNT TRY TO DELIVER! So now i got to go and get my package because im not waiting for this to happen again! Thankfully you can request to pick up packagaes!

The wait time is long. I worked at Seattle downtown and now using local service called Kiwiship. They do the pickups from my office lobby at my preferred time, and ship it out using USPS or FedEx of my choice. I find it an awesome service. FYI if you need it as well.

UPS just has the worst website setup and UPS my choice is the least useful tool for package delivery options. I wish Amazon offered delivery options for packages not purchased through the Amazon website so I would have a reliable way of getting packages.
