Horrible experience with what should have been incredible. We shipped our computer home to Hawaii. Spent $1600. Way too much. Insured everything. Packed it all in the original manufacturers boxes. Labeled it YES FRAGILE. Our printer arrived broken. Sip & Ship didnt respond to my claim call. I called again a month later. They sent me to UPS. UPSs investigation outcome was... drum roll please.... NO MONEY BACK FOR YOU! They claim the printer damage was our fault. & rudely redirected my appeal inquiry to Sip & Ship. Who in turn said, there is nothing that can be done. End of story lesson learned. Donate breakable items & spare yourself the time, money & frustration of todays sloppy shipping businesses. Were about to ship thirty years plus of our Magnolia home to Hawaii. We gave over three forth of it away. Google & read the many shipping horror story articles & youll see... Sipping is probably all you want to do @ Sip & Ship. Although caffeine & sugar are two of the bodys worst enemys. So even that is unadvisable. Have a lovely day...

Somebody suggested I go to this place to get the cheapest price to post parcels overseas. What a mistake! Anything they post by USPS gets a HUGE mark-up. A parcel that should have cost me $13 to post by an authorised USPS place, would have cost me $24 to post from here - for the SAME SERVICE. When I said how expensive it was they never said they that they practically double the price but told me they dont offer all the services - thats right they offer less and charge more. One parcel they said they couldnt give insurance - no reason why. Anyway, I took all my parcels back and went one block down to the Ballard Camera (a place that USPS pay to have their services) and saved a bundle, plus its alsways very quiet and they are such great people with great service! Coffee or no coffee, its not worth paying double to have nice surroundings and a coffee made for you at the Sip and Ship...

I have shipped things from here before. They take care of everything. I literally plopped down two bags of clothes on the counter, kinda mumbled something about wanting an americano, and in two minutes, my stuff was boxed and ready to ship and a coffee (with extra room!) magically appeared in my hand. And, they take AmEx. The fancy "made in England" pencils I got last week are my new favourite thing.

I love, I mean absolutely love this cafe. What most people do not know is that these people rock a healthy gluten free snack bar. So Yummy it tastes like one big yummy almond joy bar. The chef Sean is on it when it comes to using the best ingredients. Being naughty never felt so good! Come to the sip and ship to get your healthy sweet tooth on.

They get the job done, if you have copious spare time to wait.... and wait.... however, some of the staff are rude and treat customers in a demeaning manner. I was told by the lady that shed be with me shortly and after watching her do other stuff for 7 minutes while I stood waiting I finally left. Not worth the time to park and deal with it.

I love this place so much. I just got a shipping address for my business here, and even though I had only been in one time the girl working remembered both my AND my mailbox number the next time I went in! I can already tell how much they care about their customers, such a wonderful sense of community already. Thanks guys <3

The best and friendliest staff at any shipping place I have ever worked with. Only came in initially because I was so put off by the prices and attitude at the FedEx next door. Super helpful, really nice, and they clearly care about their customers having a great experience. Will only go here from now on.

Some friends and I needed a java pick me up and some WiFi and this places was very accommodating. the staff was very nice. We spent a couple hour there working and chilling in the loft, it was very homey. (They even let us bring our long boards inside to store)

Very cool place, it is in the process of renovation on the sip side. I was very happy with my experience. Definitely a fun, quirky, Ballard staple to send packages and drink coffee! Elijah makes a mean espresso!

I love these folks, efficient, fast and friendly. As a Grandma Santa I use them a lot at Xmas to send gifts to grandchildren around the country and as a business owner shipping cumbersome solar equipment.

What a rip off. I shipped 3 times priority mail USPS I was charged $100 for all 3 packages. If I went to the post office It would be a third of that price. Gotta love the markups from these stores.
